with mining review completed recently in Tanzania /Tanzania government, then government now able to review all legacy agreement /proft sharing for mining as well as oil and gas.

and we can see, goverment are keen to make progress on it, not only because they need energy and power supply in Tanzania but also need foreign investment and income stream to Tanzania.

as such, we see Kibo now got granted their licence. so, as we speak, i am sure govn are reviewing all other pendings incl ours. we may not be ahead of the list, but the view was that they keen to finalise all if not most, by sept.

so, i would say, wont be long for AEX now.

again, buy low and hold for it. when the crowd comes, this will hopefully be well above 2p

RNS today doesnt tell us anything new. ie we are continue to wait as per the previous RNS.

but what we do know is that Tanzania are now actively approving the pending approval as we saw with KIBO yesterday.

so, hopefully, we will be approved very soon - in Sep.

that 4.3m trade few days back was a worked SELL imho, which explain why sp been dragged now closer to 1p.

our cash only 3m if not mistaken, so thats only 0.6p??

next to get tanzanian licence might be AEX aminex... these two KIBO and AEX should do well by this year imho, though KIbo will be after the next placing?

i disagree. shamba didnt sell. their position of ~20% in feb get diluted due to placing done in march.

we are expecting money to receive by end of day Monday. so, even if we do get money Monday before bank close (5pm), then more likely we will get RNS on tuesday.

worst case, PVR is supported by strong list of Institutional Investor, incl Goldman Sach, so I am sure they dont want to see sp diluted too much and hence even if any placing, it can be for a small discount or better still at premium(RBD was doing placing at premium recently)

IF they do need to raise, it will be sub 1p unfortunately, we are lucky to get at 0.5p.
