Potential buyer of Eurasia Mining successfully completed due diligence
Moscow. 28 of October. INTERFAX.RU -The potential buyer of the assets of the British Eurasia Mining Plc, which owns licenses for platinum deposits in the Kola Peninsula and the Urals, has successfully completed due diligence, Eurasia Mining reported.

Eurasia Mining's board of directors received an offer to potentially acquire almost all of the company's assets in May 2021. At the same time, the council continues to consider the proposals of other interested parties.

The board of directors intends to propose several options, taking into account the recommendations of UBS, DLA Piper and other consultants, it said in the message.

In March, Eurasia Mining entered into an agreement with Rosgeo on the creation of a joint venture, under which Eurasia will receive a 75% stake in the company, which holds licenses for exploration of promising areas with predicted resources of up to 104.6 million ounces of platinum equivalent according to the Russian classification.

Previously, Eurasia Mining attracted VTB Capital and China's CITIC to assess strategic options. One of the contenders for the purchase of the company was the South African Lesego Platinum.

Eurasia Mining is mining the Western Kytlym alluvial platinum deposit in the Sverdlovsk region, and is also the operator of the Monchetundra platinum group project, which includes two deposits.

Monchetundra's resources amount to 15 million ounces of platinoids with a growth potential of up to 40 million ounces, this project could become one of the lowest cost open pit mines in the world. Eurasia Mining has signed an EPC contract for the development and launch of the field with the Chinese Sinosteel, which will ensure the attraction of project financing in the amount of $ 150 million. Monchetundra is located 3 km from Severonikel (Kola MMC Norilsk Nickel). The West Kytlym field has been producing since 2016.

Thanks for that Tr1ck, everything that adds value is great for the whole package of the mining plan. Im amazed myself at how we can be at this share price compared to the highs of 40p+ when we just keep on adding inground resources and WK mining upped extraction progress. Money in bank, production raised, whats not to like for the company.

At the end of the day i have been invested a long time now, i have bought and sold at times only to increase or try to, accumulate more shares, i have not made a £ profit only paper profit as yet, because im in for the end game, which i know will happen one way or another, i fully trust the Bod, piper, ubs etc, they are not here for nothing, only a success fee basis.

Its just time with me, none of us are being impatient, but the news we all need is the fsp/buyer/jv/dividend/ or whatever conclusion we get. MM's just playing games with the stock and thats because of the real news we need. We have the inground resources they will grow and grow, i just think we need a little bit more news, and i think its just round the corner, (thumbs up)

So come on BOD, drop it on us, i know you want to, make all the lads,lasses , lth, and the ships crew all very happy indeed and drop the massive anchor so we can all get off for a rum or 2 in york, because my little cabin of 6 yrs stinks of smelly green boxes and im getting rather board and need to get off. (No offense to crew), today after hrs is fine, sooner the better.
