The NTCAT try to release their decisions within 28 days. Not all decisions are in 28 days though. There is still no decision from the original application and that was Aug 8th I believe. Newest posted judgement online is the end of August.

Doubt we will have a stay decision before the 17, so it is full steam ahead.

As a NYSE primary listed company, Tamboran will be updating the market on drilling activities at our quarterly releases, which includes a Q&A session with analysts. Spudding, completion and re-spudding of wells are not material, with primary focus for our shareholders being our IP30 flow rates in 1Q 2025.

Tamboran will update the market if there is any material change to our program, which we have stated will involve drilling of the two wells and announcement of IP30 flow tests in 1Q 2025 and our funding.

According to a post at TBN hotcopper, there could be less NR's going forward. Post was a note from TBN. Says NR's for spudding are in-material. Could be quarterly reports going forward. Not sure if FO will follow suit.

Not sure what your questions were, but they say they aren't in a position to talk about all the operations. This wasn't a normal AGM.

Hey JF..yup. I was referring to the drilling portion of this thread. I see TBN has a meeting soon too. We should get drilling news soon.

What i read says 30 days for 1st well followed up with SSH3. So that should be next week ish for 2 wells. Would expect a drilling over and/or spudding commencing announcement soon.
