Hey Darnit, not sure if I'm missing something, but what do you mean who picked up the 50m Petro share hangover? Wasn't it just a switch from Sweetpea to the bankruptcy estate for Petrohunter? I don't see where there was a sale?
I also am not convinced any of thsre shares have been selling prior to this. Just games on the TSX. If it's tied up in courts, they aren't for sale.
Further to Schlemiel's great posts, here is more.
98% are against fracking! Should have followed up on last year's offer.

Didn't see anything on flow rates yet. Dis see this about the Traditional Owners.
I also want to briefly address questions regarding our engagement with Traditional
Owners in the Northern Territory, as this is the third year in a row we have had resolutions
of this nature at our AGM.
I have visited our Beetaloo operations and met with our host Traditional Owners myself,
as have our CEO and several other directors. Our host Traditional Owners have agreed to
and support our exploration work in the Beetaloo, including our planned activities at the
cleared locations and hydraulic fracture stimulation.
We work with the Northern Land Council to engage with the Traditional Owners who are
the Native Title holders and claimants who may speak legally and culturally for the areas
where our activities are proposed. We have had on-country meetings with them this year,
as well as on site following the resumption of exploration, and they have been working
with us on sacred site surveys and other clearances.
I am very confident in the way we engage with Traditional Owners, with our processes for
engagement guided by the principles of free, prior and informed consent.

Before the start of drilling, the Carpentaria well was targeting potential resources independently estimated at 2.4 trillion cubic feet of gas, in two shale layers, called Velkerri and Kyalla. However, the drilling round that the Kyalla shale, which was expected to comprise 0.5 per cent of the estimated resource, wasn't present at the site.
Empire said the depth of the well โ which is still drilling โ will be reduced by about 700 metres after hitting the target zone early and will now be about 2.2 kilometres. Fracking would only take place next year after the wet season.
Shares in Empire were up 31.3 per cent at 44ยข in early trading.

I know this post isn't as good as one of Ultra's helpful posts, but it is good for FO. Yes, full sarcasm intended on the Ultra part.
Explorer Empire Energy has raised the pulses of those watching the quest for large-scale unconventional oil and gas resources in the Northern Territory, reporting that its first well has found gas with a much higher content of potentially lucrative liquids than anticipated.
Shares in Empire surged more than 30 per cent in early trading after the company said the Carpentaria-1 well found liquids-rich gas across a thick section of shale in the Beetaloo Basin. The shale was also struck at a shallower depth than expected, said the company, which started drilling in its 100 per cent-held permit last month.
Onshore shale exploration in the Northern Territory is supported by government but has raised community concerns. Origin Energy
Managing director Alex Underwood said the company is "delighted to announce the discovery in its "highly prospective" acreage in the NT. Empire had anticipated hitting the shale zone at a deeper depth and had also expected the gas to be "drier", in line with other wells drilled across the Beetaloo Basin that have targeted that same Velkerri shale rock, he said.
"The presence of high levels of associated gas liquids in the target shales is encouraging for future commercial production scenarios because high-value liquids from produced gas can significantly enhance economics," Mr Underwood said in a statement ahead of a teleconference briefing for shareholders scheduled for later on Monday.
"The shallower depths at which we have intersected the Velkerri Shale will reduce development costs in future drilling programs."

Empire is one of the oil and gas explorers that breathed a sigh of relief at the result of the NT election in August, declaring the re-election of the Gunner Labor government an endorsement of the onshore gas sector. The explorers, which include majors Origin Energy and Santos, have high hopes of proving up large volumes of gas resources that could provide a major economic boost for the NT as well as a potential source of supply for the east coast, or for export.
Origin recorded positive initial results from its Amungee horizontal well in the Beetaloo Basin in 2016, likewise Santos earlier this year at its Tanumbirini-1 well. Work in the region has however been slowed, both by the NT's now-abandoned moratorium on unconventional exploration, the subsequent development of comprehensive regulations to allow activity to go ahead, the permitting approvals process and more recently by spending cutbacks and the COVID-19 pandemic.

A comment from the Facebook page.
"Congratulations to all team members on executing all activities safely. Thank you also for the time you all afforded to showing the Native Title holders, host Pastoralist and regulators through the site and answering all of their questions. For those heading home, continue to keep safe and enjoy your time back home with your respective families"
From the ECS Project Logistics posts about the delivery of Empire's equipment and the delivery last year for Origin, there were 12 more truck loads for Empire.
Yes, valuations would be wonderful. :-)
