bucklerfern, to set the point fair, a good CEO still CAN experience a difficult time and drive share price down, otherwise pls name one for us in the current market or say a perfect company so we all can buy shares...... I am sure we all like blue rather than red! It's always easy to say fire them all, but I hope you do understand how difficult it is to replace someone(yes one person) in the snr leadership and what kind of impact it might brings, and now we talking about replace the whole snr team... really?! it's a good idear but not naive... YES I admit mtro snr leadership team might not even near as good as other companies and they can and should do a much better job by taking care of their stakeholders, but judge by the RNS, I am sry but I still have faith in them even I am already under the water, as what they really need to work on is to focuse on the balance sheet as top priority!!! once they done that I am sure the SP will follows and adjust itself soon or later. End of the day we still have the same management team as the last yr when the sp is around 4000, may be you are the most smart and richest person on lse, the fact is it does not matter... I still have around 50k share on this... which I am happy to hold and don't mind lose them all! life is nothing but a game! you certainly don't have to be so smart about others decision.
