all HL users should log a formal complaint... I did and got couple of hundred £ back early this yr... which then they fixed the issue, now bug came back again... I have logged another formal complaints... they should take this seriously... and we should sue their ass on the service for the mgmt fees and trading fees...

I have mentioned the live price just not showing, constant delays, web site/mobile app sometime just not working..not able to trade... it took few emails back and forth saying u can call them, blablabla, until reached to the CS manager, it's time consuming but again nothing to lose...

HL just getting worse by days... I have made few complaints about their live price and delays, they have made couple of hundred £ refund... you might well do that...
