Where are they getting all these shares to sell over the last 2 days. Is a raise coming and they are forward selling? Share price struggling to go over .50p

They can't make up their minds on whether to accumulate or sell their holding :-)

Good update was expecting more of a market reaction. Maybe a steady rise from here based on more anticipated good news

I think it is more likely news on contracts than a buyout.

I think Interactive Investor messed up, I didn't get anything in my nominal account and only open offer shares in my ISA account. On the bright side I can buy cheaper on the open market as cash is still available in my account.

open offer is 27th and offer for subscription is 28th.

I guess any left over from open offer can be taken up on the subscription offer.

In the Interactive Investment SA a/c it says 28th and in the nominal account as 27th

Hargreaves have midday today for cut off time.

Interactive Investor have 28 May 23:59 as cut off date.

I have applied for Hargreaves just waiting for more funds over weekend before applying for as many as I can afford on II.

You can apply for as many shares as you like. The minimum that you are guaranteed is the amount that you already hold. Whatever amount you apply for you have to have the funds available in your account before hand. You will get refunded for any shares that are not allocated.

Just bought some shares, sounds exciting especially if we get more contracts signed as per RNS. " the Group is in advanced discussions with a number of well-known UK or Europe-wide brands".

I think they wanted to get all the placement that was required done in one go. Hopefully no more raises. They should be fine for 18 months, hopefully by that time they would have increased sales significantly with Nice approval and FDA also close to approval in 18 months time.

I think as long as share price stays around 2p the placement shares will be gobbled out as it would be a no brainer for existing share holders. They would make an instant profit if they were to sell.

Usually when they carry out bed & isa the spread works out fairly tight.

I did a few and the spreads were very decent.
