I’d say they’re pretty closely matched actually given the tight(ish) range we’re stuck in - I’d also go so far as to say that’s a very GOOD thing considering the large amount of shares recently issued!! Consider what might happen when the sellers/flippers have been exhausted (as they surely will) and yet demand continues to increase, due perhaps to the impending ASX listing among other factors. Nothing more than patience required here, it’s not happening overnight, but it’s going to happen IMO - what’s your opinion?

Spade, I think you’ll find that once the 3 billion shares are issued to NMM, Wyloo’s 10.6% will be diluted back to it’s original 8% and they have simply maintained their original percentage.

Because when asked ‘do you think you can afford it?’ SD is on record as replying’ I know we can afford it!’ I don’t know the ins and outs therein, but I’ll take that from the horse’s mouth and let him and the likes of MB, JW and EG worry about the details!

Changed your narrative a little there Peppers, you used to be adamant a deal couldn’t be accretive until production, now you say ‘accretive to company finances’ - you were wrong before as any increase in SP after a deal would be immediately accretive to shareholders, I don’t disagree with your new stance however!

Pepper is just talking his own book, he’s out (and admits it) but it’s plain for all to see he wants back in and is talking his own book in the misguided belief that what he says will make a jot of difference to the SP! He’s no worse (or better!) than rampers doing the same!

That said there are a heck of a lot of very good and diligent posters on here selflessly sharing their research for the good of us all - it’s just a shame they are often drowned out by the Culpeppers (and the other side of his fence for balance!) of this world!

LA, point taken, I am simply adding my two pence worth to todays thread about wether or not the proposed acquisition could be instantly accretive or wether that is not possible until income is generated. We have a value now (decided by MC/shares in issue = share price) and we will have a value after any purchase of the 70% decided in the same way (there may well be more shares in issue after the purchase) if the result of the above equation settles at a higher level than the SP the day before then to my mind the transaction was instantly accretive, if the result is lower then it wasn’t! Surely the market will decide and it will become apparent with or without income! IMHO only
