The sp would lose 20m to get a 5m placing away, it that was the case it’s mismanagement of the highest order.

Quite right Genghis it’s advancing the timescale, pushing it away would be ignoring it.

They are adding value to the asset and creating an environment that will sell by covering all bases, the ground work they are doing now makes the product easier to sell in the future. Fantastic piece of business at little cost imo.
