To maintain cost %
To maintain or increase production during a price boom.
To talk about buy back when big shareholders clearly didn't want that (s.a. gov?)
Failure to clearly advise foreign investors on how to avoid double taxation on the withholding tax.
Misled market that the railings issue was mainly down to vandalism...now they are saying loco parts are the main issue.

Been researching cable theft counter-measures and found 4 :
1. Install cctv to detect trespass.
2. Have a rapid reaction security team to intercept.
3. Do not store maintenance cable reels in remote lockups, instead keep it on a large truck, removed from the work site daily.
4. Replace all existing copper cable with aluminum cable which has a low scrap value (5 or 6 times less than copper), and some cables now have the ability alert the location of a breakpoint as an alternative to cctv.
Fund pushing volatility? Why?

Looks like the old world order have an economic war strategy to strangle cheap resources from the emerging countries (china, india etc).
Using a fake climate change agenda as cover for the war.

The decision to downgrade Madeira appears highly suspect and politically motivated.
Madeira has 22 cases per 100,000, the UK has 33 cases per 100,000.
