They may want to do a Take Over . The way they have done it is cheap . The JV talks will have cost a fortune both sides . So they were serious . Just didn't like the old BOD . Who go in days .

IF THEY TAKE THEM ...then they pass the 30% and have to Take Over at high price .

Now every one knows the reverse take over or takeover is a good possibility due to the numbers posted by Wisecrow , not to mention the JV could now be possable again with a fresh BOD . So maybe a cheaper vehicle is getting to be less of a posability . They may declaring more holdings soon , bought yeasterday perhaps . Time will see . New people here think we need to go over all the old info . Eg who SMA's neighbours are .

We had negotiations for a Joint Venture which were for the main part in a exclusive period , so nobody else could bid . That aledgedly fell through crashing the SP for a month . Then magically a new BOD and a retirement and big holdings announced ...... Where is this story going ?

Going to check AIM rules , but if any holder passes a set holding % in a AIM company they have to buy the company a TAKE OVER . At year high price , not sure if all holders get to vote whether to accept year high price .

When a certain % of holding is held a take over has to happen at year high price !!!!

Would that be at year high 1.78p according to 52wk high !

Why fight shorting...... More and more people are turning to shorting as the rich and the instatutions them selfs short . The interesting point will be when the shorters out number the investors 2:1 . The other interesting fact is our Brokers lend our shares to the shorters to sell into the market before buying them back to give them back !!!!!!. So the market has more debt than value if AIM collapsed Monday all the Brokers would go bankrupt !!!!!. It's waiting to happen one day AIM will implode with every ones money !!!!

Looking at the three year graph I would say it is already being shorted to death . Sad thing is even good company's can't survive the shorters attacks . They sell their borrowed shares into any good news to stunn the rise then spread doom and gloom . My advice is to start shorting as that is what the rich are doing and if they mess up LSE steps in to protect them . Personally I will not short as I am a idealist and would like to invest in the country , but AIM is shorting the whole infrastructure of AIM is shorting . So I am on my last gamble then I will leave AIM .
