I have left some in for the 3 gambles 1) payment waiver RNS later 2) Take over progress RNS ( could be weeks or months ) . 3) Take Over offer ( could take up to a year this is AIM if you have news string it out REF:SMA T/O ) . Strong buy for the gambles . Shorting would be the only advice for AIM . I won't do it as I don't believe in harming industry and family's . Shorting is built on destruction .

Yes .... 1) Take Over . Up to 1,000% based on last offer 2) Placing to survive 3) Bust . All very real out comes . AIM is for developing company's it survives on placings . AIM is for trading or Shorting not investing . This will have mad price swings so can be traded . IF WE GET THE RNS LATER THAT MAY BE THE NEXT MAD PRICE. SWING . It is a gamble !!! . We are expecting a further payment waiver RNS , whilst Take Over talks happen . If we get the RNS later today that allows talks to commence and shows a vote of confidence from the bank . The Shorters will need to close their positions if the bank agrees because it will become to risky to short . Each shorter needs to buy back the shares they have shorted so we will see mad SP swings . This is a gamble be sure to take profit as it comes , but leave some in in case the Take a Over offer RNS drop . If you can create a free ride even better . Remember this is AIM the odds are against investors so don't use a T20 you can't pay back . Strong buy on the gamble .

That is what the Shorters who have not closed their positions are gambling on . Just normal AIM then placing after placing then consolidation untill better times ( years ) . That's why I say Short if you have the funds to cover and the Zbrokers will take you . Or buy into a possable Take Over . Whilst I was defending Chris Cleverly and AFPO I told some one who was sat on £60k profit I think to sell and quit AIM as that was enough money to have a great family life .

Every good RNS the shorters shoot it down and sell ( the shares bought to short ) in to the rise . Yes shorters cost every investor money and kill industry .

AiM is full of what ifs . My advice is leave AIM as it is built for SHORTERS and the only people protected are the shorters . That is my main advice . But a Take Over is worth a gamble and that is all AIM is a bad gamble unless you are shorting with the house and governments backing . Strong buy for this particular gamble £2.30p from 23p

I have always said you are very likely to lose everything on AIM as it is run for shorters . If you can't short then buy any where that may get a Take Over as the SP will do 100% swings whilst waiting and when the RNS land the shorters can't stop it . As with any share take profit regularly . De ramp away defend your short .

Last take over offer 1,000% from here . Just over a year ago , we have built debt since then due to oil price but still have the same capability . So 1,000% is possable . Not likely but possable .

A take Over is AIM's Golden Ticket as the SP can't be manipulated once that RNS lands if it says offer of £2.30p this would shoot up near the figures released . Any other news shorters can sell into the news to stunn the SP till it has passed but not with Take Over news . That's why all the shorts are closing .

Theory Dragon offered £2.30p . Then were approached regarding their own buy out , so pulled out . Their buy out was reported later when the offer became official .this is AIM most news is delayed .despite the rules . So Dragon thought £2.30p was good value !!!!!!
