Agreed it passed 100% rise in a day so should be a RNS ! . Are they gathering extra info for a RNS ?

Ironic 3,739 posts YA GLOBAL Starting to look like yesterday was YA GLOBAL naked shorting the placing shares . ( forward selling not yet existent shares for the best price ) . Nice when you know the MM's and they will control the market for you the Brokers sold at a high SP but no one else could sell as the spread was huge . Manipulated to get rid of the placing . Should see them in a week or so late trade . Lol . .big spread again

That was my point the MMs and Brokers used the consolidation as a way of stealing . Whole of AIM should go bust during this coming re session . Poetic justice .

100% spread ...... Opens high each day but not worth selling ! . So the average each day is ok for the placing price . LOL ...

PTV have been paying of debts and less than 20 million shares , allowing for another enebital placing . So this would make a good AIM shell . It is all it is good for ! . The regulators must be watching it closely and all the financial institutions that are risking others money on it ! . When it gos belly up YAG and finance company's will have to justify throwing money at it time after time . Hope a professional is building a big holding to do something useful .

I have bought a few . Not because I believe in the BOD because I don't ! . Not because I believe they have a future because I don't ! .... I need the Brokers to stop risking financing their money for nothing and all the financiers to stop lending to a failure THEN their is a chance of a reverse take over a SHELL for a fresh un related new start . Big out side gamble which I am willing to write off ! . With this shower of rubbish you need to be willing to write off your full stake ! . As that is the most likely out come ! .

The Brokers as long as a Broker will finance a placing then the Ribena effect continues , dilution dilution . So The Broker is as much to blame as the BOD . The Broker will naked short the shares to market before the placing , they may have been sold last week for all we know . So neither the BOD or the Broker cares what they sell for !! . When all the Brokers refuse to finance a placing and the loan company's stop lending then it's all over ! .

Why do they keep loaning them money , why do they keep taking shares in payment ?????

Will it become a AIM shell , if so when ? . As a company it is dead ! The loan company's seemed happy to reduce the debt for shares , so maybe there is a plan ! I have just bought some as a gamble . Not recommending it though .
