28th June, cash runways ends in a few days, staff are subdued, Stevenage purchased 2.5m which failed now interest to see what it sells for, they can’t place under 1p unless egm, zero news on any new business, mcap keeps drifting in the background, since april EVOEM haven’t given a to $$. Are you going to be in the placing of one karlon?

The delay caused by the EV OEM Change means that the planned increase in working capital associated with start of production has now been delayed and therefore the Company's previously announced cash runway to the end of May 2023 is now extended at least to the end of June 2023.

I’m speaking reality, how much cash is left? who out of the bod still hold’s shares? has twd been paid yes or no, have there been any new transactions from new and future business?

When are the accounts due? I don’t sugar coat Karlon. If you know how things work on aim you would also be questioning this situation.

I fully understand this can do wonders from here if they make the right moves, however the silence is also red flags as nothing is coming to fruition, I mean imagine the share price should they release the results that are due at any moment. This is either zero or moon, the bod statement to get behind them is fading sharply, since arrival the company seems to be digging themselves into more and more trouble with the cash run way pretty much gone. If this was so great why are non of the bod jumping in? How many shareholders have dumped?

I agree with you here, good engineers they are however running a business poor show. The staff must be hanging around like a local fire station at the min with no new business coming in...
