I won't post on this subject again but i am surprised that they hasn't been more upset by more investors, who for no market reason have lost 12-13% of their value yesterday. I thought the rights issue six months ago was bad enough but this is just unbelievable. Wills Rolls Royce and others now do the same? Just issue a load of discounted shares to institutions and down value everyone's investments?

I am gutted where I am ££s compared to this time yesterday!

Have skimmed the circular and without professing to understand very much of it, don't think it reads anything like good or optimistic news. Am I wrong?

This is so unfair to investors. It won't bounce back to within 2%, not for weeks. Yesterday was the best day we had for weeks and then followed by this!

Under 4% up and still have the 14:30 drubbing to go through. I would expect this to end flat.

HeresHopin - you have never been in a Rights Issue then? You either get to buy more shares at a discount, or you are compensated for the loss in value of your diluted shares on a given date. Are you actually invested in TUI? You don't seem bothered?

How can they just do this and wipe out 10% of our investment, with no compensation that you would get in a normal rights issue?
