ATM - can be got today for 1.79p, against the 1.90p ask.

The best on show at the Bid/Ask is currently 25p v 26p, with actuals transacted of 25.45p v 25.78p, from what I can see.

Looking generally good, I feel.

This could make for interesting reading;

More folks are now rapidly becoming aware of VRE.
The good rise so far will maybe to be sold into, given the VRE sp was down to sub-5p not that long ago.
However any suchlike profit taking can't last and the business sounds very confident of further and exciting new product already in their pipeline and adding that to their new shareholder connectivity.

Is that a splatter of modest buys which I espy, this morning....

Nevertheless, it's often of minor interest to see a raw nerve touched.
We do seem to have more than our fair share of "Investor Relations" here.

Never much mention here re; the wide spread at DMTR - currently showing 2.2p v 2.70p.
Ok, it's deal-able within - usually by a bit more off the ask than is added to the bid, but unless there's the heat of a successful ramp. the bid to be paid is usually pretty much close to what's on show.

The consideration shall be paid in part by the payment of €0.36 million in cash and the balance shall be paid by the issue by the Company of: (i) 25,600,000 Initial Consideration Shares to the Seller on Completion, and (ii) 42,800,000 Deferred Consideration Shares to the Seller on the 'Deferred Consideration Date' being a date no earlier than the date falling 18 months after Completion (once the period for warranty claims has expired and provided that no such claims have been made). The Initial Consideration Shares and the Deferred Consideration Shares are subject to orderly marketing restrictions, including an 18-month lock-in period (with customary qualifications in the case of a general offer being made for the Company).

babbasi, it was simply a hopefully helpful mention of the lock-in expiry, which some may have missed in the document wordiness of the time and also the length of time since that was RNS's.
I'm a fan of DMTR and from way back in the Cronin Group plc name days.

A huge number of "lock-in shares" mature approx end August, from the placing in Feb 2019.
All at at time when the shares landscape has changed so much.

Rising on no-news - often a good sign.

Lowest ask on show now 0.89p.
A jolly good moderate uptick so far this morning and all with a sensible medium number of trades.

The further moves up will come on news or comment - in the short term I'm looking to see around 2p, with higher as work on the ground progresses etc. Bearing mind "Rome wasn't built in a day" and suchlike.

The recent HSR article of only last week suggested GLR as a possible future 10 bagger and was based on the approx price at the time, of about 0.40p, so call it a 3.5p target, for the future.
I'll be very happy indeed with that.
