What an overreaction. Warrants were already issued a while ago. This is simply an application made so that an RNS doesn’t need to be released every time exercised, if and when exercised. See VAST where an RNS is released for small amounts every time warrants are exercised!!

It states on page 21:

Maturity date is ‘1 January 2027 (unless converted to Ordinary Shares before then). Payments on maturity are to be settled in cash.’ and

‘The outstanding principal amount will be convertible into Ordinary Shares at 50 pence per share (the ‘‘A Conversion Price’’), subject to adjustment in certain circumstances.’

Per the BMN website YD owned 6.06% at 30/11/2018. If they were selling it wouldn’t take much (approx 760,000 shares) to take them under 6%. Would this mean a TR1?
