The BOD valued the debt at £57m - see RNS dated 25 March and RRE offered £52.5m - see RNS dated 1 April. If the 20p offer was to low then why place at a 50% discount?

@bbtablet, Rickylfc5 post meant: £250m post tax profit at a multiple of 3 gives a value of £750m. There are 12.59m shares so this equates to £60 a share (£750m/12.59m shares).

‘Nuformix will receive a significant upfront payment’ AND ‘believes it will earn further R&D and early-stage milestone payments up to a total of £1m during 2019.’ As well milestone payments up to £1m in 2018 the company will receive significant upfront payment.

Sorry I am not a current shareholder so not for me to lead. Just throwing relevant questions out there which imo would be helpful for PI to know the answers to. 600Thieves or rxdav are strong candidates to lead.

Who is taking part in the placing? Funding for Harvey appraisal was already raised via LOG loans so why raise again via placing? If farm out or capital market funding is close then why place and dilute existing shareholders?

Will they answer ‘any’ questions though? The circular doesn’t have a lot of useful information in it imo! Which institutions are taking the placing? If they are close to a farm out or capital funding then why raise for Harvey now instead of waiting?
