Aligator - thanks for the reply. Just seems like management are benefiting more than shareholders. Already had subscription shares and now options with no risks (if fail don’t exercise so no financial loss and if succeed exercise and gain)??

Anyone know what the vesting conditions are? If I’ve read the RNS correctly options have been granted, if the management don’t deliver no cost to them but if they do they get to benefit from the upside in share price? Seems a win win for management!

Any other AIM company would be substantially up on this news.
