I can't decide whether to pump more in. I am already in for a decent amount.

With the oil field about to reopen this has good short term and long term potential.

2. Three year payment arrangement with Petroperu secured
3. Oil sales contract extended to 3 years on enhanced terms
4. Additional funding (£14m) secured via placing at 10p (significantly oversubscribed)
5. Meridian participated in the Placing for an amount of £7.5 million increasing holding to 19.42% (previously held 11.1% of the share capital)
6. Gran Tierra 30.2% Meridian 19.4% Kite Lake 6.8% Burggraben 4.9% (all took part in the recent placing? Can anyone confirm?)

Mcquarie are totally out by the looks of it.

Seems like easy money for these funds who are using derivatives to make approx 18p margin with two of the funds making approx £100k if it goes through at 18.50.

How do the CFD work? Are these guys buying CFD to make a quick buck?

Except there are decommisioning liabilities. The scenario is completely different. Do you think there will be a rival bid? I am annoyed as AA could have grown the company more and got q higher value.

£18.50 does seem cheap though!

IMO- The price action here shows why the company didn't want a dual listing. AIM would not allow the share price to reflect its true value.

Is it not just big shareholders selling and moving on and the acquirer snapping them up on the open market?

Littlened or they are being snapped up by the acquirer?

Did they ever tr1 that they were under 3%?

Form suggests have a share holding and shirt position for the same amount? Nil net shares?

If they had a shirt for that amount it would be disclosed to the FCA?!

Sasa where do you get £22 from. Per the RNS 'Accordingly, unrestricted cash balances at the same date amounted to US$ 289.8 million, equivalent to approximately 1,789 pence per RockRose Share'

My understanding is that there is no unrestricted cash set aside for decommisioning liabilities hence this needs to be factored in when looking at the deal.

MISCARRY the 37 valuation was pre covid and oil price collapse?
