Riddler there was 23.6m shares issued which is about 25% of the total shares in issue. 800,000 is a small number, do we not expect additional TR1? Or had that 25% gone to loads of different placees?

Given the reason why they want to move which is AIM market not assigning fair value and the double river loan converting at 5p on acceptance, on which double river will want to make money, any raise should be much higher.

what are peoples views on the fundraise the company needs to undertake? From RNS:

'COPL must complete £500,000 in Future Equity Funding (£200,000 of which will be placed to the Lenders) no later than 28 August 2020 as condition of the Loan; it is otherwise fully repayable on that date.'

They also have until mid July to get the listing finalised under current resolutions.

Beingthebanker why didn't they spend all the proceeds on exercising options? Yes they have to pay tax but the difference between proceeds received and spent cant be all tax. It seems very high.

GH sold netting £600k but only spent £200k to buy new shares. Nice balance in his bank of £400k.
