Was expecting more here but looks like handing back one licence, farm out process some way off (after seisimic interpretation) and difficulties with offshore in namibia has meant the interest isn't coming for now.

When will the farm out happen? 'will be launched once the seismic interpretation is complete.' So could be some time off.

I agree will have been in the RNS if the JV partners took some. When shares were issued previously as part of loryser they didn't subscribe to maintain holding.

Question is why?

Did Newmont take up any of the placing to maintain their percentage shareholding?

Karl there are no more quarterly payments in the agreement.

Professor some of it will be. RNS states that 'The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to fund the general working capital of the Company, to strengthen the Company's position in relation to the Anzá project and to allow the Company to evaluate and potentially pursue other attractive exploration projects.'

Working capital? What for when money was received recently from Newmont.

Strengthen position regarding Anza? What needs strengthening when majors are funding.

The point i was making is that it doesnt make sense, is a kick in the teeth and news held back again!

There was an RNS released about the AGM after drilling had started. Brad could have easily mentioned it here that drilling had started.

Why are funds needed for Anza when money has been received recently and the two majors are paying for the drilling?

Not posted here for a while but think this is poor. No details of other projects and why hold the news back about drilling being started?

I think this is the second time important news has been held back. I dont recall an RNS about San Gregoria and environmental guarantee which was then talked about in the final results.

Contango (CGO) now owns Monaf. In exchange for this consideration shares were paid to Sable/Concolidated Growth as per the prospectus. Go read the prospectus and you'll have your answer rather than quoting old information.

Uktimately CGH have a interest here. SBLM shareholders will benefit from growth here.
