Namibia and South Africa farm out is unlikely I understand until further work is carried out TRP.
Cameroon is the shirt term catalyst but with constant delays I think the price will stay ina range until concrete news on farm out or funding the drill.
In the meantime, based on previous placing, one can land at any time imo.
Good luck all.
Hi Dicko
All sounds good except:
Cameroon should've been signed off a while ago and they now tell us the landscape has changed. Why will it not be delayed again?
Last two placing have been discounted and no doubt will need money again soon for working capital.
From memory last time they released a decent uodate then placed straight away.
These are the kind of things that have a drag on the share price. Let's hope things will change.
Licence extension good however it took them 6 months to realise the market environment has changed considerably, to now restructure? The market environment changed months ago. Why wait until now to restructure?
Seems like when a RNS is about to land the price spikes beforehand?!
When will more funds be needed? Last few placings:
Jan 22

CPO now added back to the export ban list.

Good RNS but 'As previously announced on March 3, 2022, the Petroperu operated Northern Peruvian Pipeline remains closed due to erosion caused by the rainy season, with no firm timeline of maintenance completion provided by Petroperu.'
Production won't be optimal!
Those who wanted to sell full entitlement selling on open market as TO was scaled back? Those whose tender was rejected selling?

Thoughts?
I would email info@kistosplc.com to show what you think.
Has a dividend been declared and if so how much?
'Tower observes that this figure corresponds to the portion of the prospect on block 2011A, and notes that approximately 25% of the Welwitschia structure lies in block 1911, which is covered by Tower's license PEL 96. Although this proportion is an estimate made without the details of Global's detailed reinterpretation, it would imply that the total Best Estimate unrisked gross prospective resources of the Welwitschia Deep prospect's entire structure would be in the region of 895 million barrels. Of this, approximately 224 million barrels would lie in block 1911, of which approximately 179 million barrels would be attributable to Tower.'

2020 RNS worth a revisit.
Hi Viable. The leak was stopped and it has now been clamped. Last time this happened I think pipeline took a week to be operational. Good job storage is available and ptal has the Brazil export route. I would say one of the reason we are valued where we are is due to this continued minor disruptions but hopefully going forward with the government cooperation this can be sorted.
'On the morning of today, Saturday, January 22, a clamp was installed in the area of ??the cut, as part of the hydrocarbon control and containment work.'
