Firstly, the rights issues in 1 year away it is NOT before FCA decision.
What will happen after the FCA decides SOA2 is ok (price will rise)
What happens if the FCA allow lending (price will rise again) before the Court decision
After that, What will happen when court agrees with FCA (price will rise again).
Rights issue is a year away.
Note that they made £2 million profit even when not lending!!!!
You will never see these shares at 8p or less NEVER. In a year their dividend may be 12p or more.
Your are all missing something - Yep
Senator (Vauxhall) needs to look at the future and become a Vauxhall Lotus Carlton. They can't put forward a rights issue as NOTHINH like I say NOTHING has been AGREED.
Rights issue has to come after SOA2 agreed by FCA (bang price goes up), goes to Court (banh price goes up), Court agrees to lending and SOA (price goes up again) THEN and only THEN will they have discussion with JP Morgan / Goldman Sachs what price to put Rights Issue.
Please DYOR. You wil NEVER EVER EVER get these shares at THESE prices EVER AGAIN!!! DUH, DUH DUH.
So many stupid crayon eating window licking muppets on here today. DUH!!
I believe these are the stages
Now - 8p
FCA agree the Scheme - 20p (Jan)
FCA allow lending - 25p
Court agrees SOA - 30p to 40p at least (June 22)
Rights Issue in September 30p
One year from now and 6 months after Right issue - 50p to 70p

In the Financial Times "
The company also plans to raise equity, which would likely mean a share dilution that would lead to shareholders owning a “smaller proportion” of the group if they do not take up their rights.
Jennison said such a measure was at least a year away, and that in the shorter term, the company could start low-scale lending without raising additional debt.
SO YES, A YEAR AWAY. In that time the share price will increase due to FCA agreement, Court saying Yes and then rights issues, when all hurdles have been jumped.
Once they have the FCA giving the ok, they will publish the rights offer '(as said in the webcast). When this happens the price will move alot higher probably 20s or 30s will they publish the rights offer.
They won't do it until until FCA gives ok.
I think they should set the rights offer after the FACE and court hearing. This will provide a price of at least 30p
