Big sells going through but looks like the market has absorbed them nicely. I take that as a good sign as previously any one of those would have led to drop.
I think the damage done by that fleet announcement was substantial, but equally it opened the door to top up lower.
The key point just made is profitability. Once that is not just on the cards but realised, we'll be away.
Incredibly frustrating the price hasn't reflected the good news this week, but I think that's got to be down to a large order being filled in the background and once it's filled I imagine we'll see some large moves.
It doesn't help that funding is still a question mark, but we are missing some pieces of the puzzle here, the key one being how much money is coming in from BDMS. I'm optimistic that actually there might well be no pressing need to do a fund raise and any shortfall might now be covered by a debt facility based on signed forward contracts?
I don't think funding will be putting too many off at this point though. Anyone who has done any research knows what is about to happen, but addressing the issue will surely take off another drag on the share price.
I've been invested in SEE for many years and it feels like FINALLY the potential I saw all those years ago is finally going to be realised. Granted there have been few missteps along the way, but if they've achieved the level of market dominance it would appear they have, that's check mate.
I love the fact that GM is using Cadillac as the lead for its tech, which means huge potential for moving beyond Cadillac and into their other brands. They seem pretty damn happy with it!
Although I tend to favour fundamentals, since this share has been bleeding for the last 6 months I've been messing with some TA in an attempt to see where it might bottom and start to move upwards again.
The down trend is coming to a head with the wedge also now meeting historic levels of support and seeing in an increase in resistance in the form of buying volume.
It has been rejected around the 25 Day EMA consistently since July and broke down through the support at 4.9p and at 4p. The next level of support would be where it dipped to back in 2016 at 2.61p. A 2 year low...
I am watching for the increase in volume to continue, the RSI to show some bullish divergence and if the price can get above the 25 EMA that would be a very good sign.
I'm not necessarily convinced we'll see 2.6p again, but I think a very real possibility of drifting to 3p and a then fresh start as we start 2019. We may even see a wick down to 3p and an influx of buying.
At the end of the day we just need good news and I am certain it is coming, but there are some fantastic contributors on this board and I feel this is something that having drawn up, I should share with the community.
Here's to a proper lift off in 2019 and to the guys who are hurting right now, you're not alone!

If nothing else, having bought back in you'll at least be seeing a nicer colour of font sooner than many of us... hopefully!
I saw that, very nice of them and certainly makes one wonder...
Today in fact! :P
PM, there are days where I look at the chart almost in disbelief, but I think Seeing is right.
No news is I believe good news... I'd prefer there was some news, but if SEYE are milking every "win" for all it's worth and we know in future that some of those contracts will be leaving them for SEE, that has to be a good sign.
I think we have to read between the lines somewhat, as annoying as it is.
I would think this partnership could add more weight to our efforts to land VAG

Indeed! Or if things keep going the way they are will BA become part of Iberia group ;)
Recent retweet from SEE, does anyone know if we are actually working with Iberia, or if they just happened to be presenting at the same event?
"The role of eye gaze performance data from @seeingmachines @emirates and an AI driven personsalised training system from @usebeforeflight @Iberia provided a vignette into data driven pilot training"
Great to see!
Personally I'm quite relaxed right now. Annoying as the drop was, I can't help but feel we're just waiting for a spark and it could come from any one of the areas SEE is working on.
And once again, the first company listed is SEE. It's a small detail but one I've noticed a number of times now.
There does seem to be a noticable uptick in SEE's Tweeting frequency.. or is it just I'm noticing it now I've started using Tweetdeck?
Very true Terry!
I think once the contracts are signed and the market has a better idea of who has won what, we should see some appreciation based upon that even if the money isn't rolling in immediately.
Did someone also say that SEYE consider design wins my model and SEE by OEM/Tier1? If so they're splitting their wins into as many "awards" as possible, which makes for better reading but isn't perhaps an accurate indicator as to who is really ahead.
Has anyone added up the value of SEYE wins compared to SEE? They can take the little fishes, that's fine. We are after the big boys.
I find it's also helpful to remind myself auto is just one element of SEE and on top of that we could have aviation, rail or a bit of good news around fleet literally at any moment. Anyone of those delivering some positive news could also dramatically change the financial outlook for the year and if that happens, I'd expect a sharp turnaround.
It would be nice though to have some reassurance from broker or SEE direct.
If I had some more spare cash I would. Never thought these prices would be on the table again frankly but I also don't think we'll sitting on these levels still in 6 months.
I watched "First Man" at the Imax in London at the weekend.
We're in the rocket, countdown is underway, a bit of nervous tension but my friends, we are all Ryan Reynolds.
Ironic really that the manufacturer that does seem to have the best handle on it all is GM and the model, not really something you see driving down the A339; therefore not in this test.
I'm sure they are well aware of Supercruise though and will be taking it into account when making any changes to their ratings system.
It's one thing to visualise what a system for safe assistance might be, but when it already exists and is constantly improving, there's no argument for companies digging their heels in really is there.
