The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Just a thought... I doubt we will see much in the way of orders until after COP26 where I suspect there will be some commitment from governments worldwide to help fund many projects to get this whole thing kickstarted.
I think the bigger players will be sat on their hands (sat on their orders) right now waiting to see if they can get something for nothing , if it were me I'd certainly wait a few weeks, why not?
Brilliant news .. i do find it a little weird that there is very little investor excitement about this, this is potentially as big as when Grant Shapps spiked the share price that time with his announcement of Government support.
Looks like, although everyone says we have no comparison to ITM.. it looks like our Sp has taken the downward slide on the back of their news. And for the record i do see the journey and trajectory of both companies as being very similar.
We’ll DW being level headed isn’t always a bad thing
The rise is nothing to do with AFC specifically it is market sector wide. Lets not get too excited
Aren’t India spending more that … welcome news but hardly world leading
That’ll liven things up
Interesting hmmm I actually appreciate the research and effort people put in to sharing on the board that includes Haggis’ contributions.. what I am sure of is ****ging Haggis brings very little value to that appreciation at all. In fact it serves only to satisfy your desires to be at the head of a pointless witch hunt. If you don’t like Haggis’s post use the filter button, but please stop bad mouthing him it’s pointless and just not very nice.
What a tall horse you have.. don’t throw stones in glass houses Jim everyone has an opinion if you don’t like it choose to ignore it
KD you should sell up and foff rather than dooming with you sheet attitude
if we can encourage everyone to hold and not sell, we will grow this share much faster than allowing those pesky shorters easy money (our money).
Its what they are doing in USA with AMC right now and the MM'S are terrified.. HOLD EM
Being as AFC employed a communications chap some time ago, he is either not very good or information is being held back for a reason. I suspect the later or should i say i hope for the later. All a bit quiet before the storm.
Would be nice to read something interesting on this board today instead of trawling through ego trash keyboard warriors claptrap.
Assuming it smells if it was stored in way that allows the odour to be released… you can’t smell unburnt diesel unless there’s a leak or petrol for that matter so why would you smell the ammonia. Short sighted view in my opinion.. it carries no weight
All the same..You mean just like formula E where lots of manufacturers are involved .. they do it for marketing purposes and to demonstrate their green credentials and to learn about the electric package and how best to deploy the power.
Their skill and knowledge will shine through because there is also a huge advantage in the set up of these cars performance wise.. they should be pretty good at that.
Up?? We opened at 64.7 and finished at 61.7... or is there an upside in the downside that only you understand?
Leave him alone.. there’s a filter button if you don’t want to share in his interesting and informative posts
Like I said Scarpa the realistic view is solely yours. I prefer optimism to pessimism any day.. somewhere in the middle is your own balanced opinion.
Whilst we all patiently wait for news of course !!
Haggis didn’t disappear because he was embarrassed he stepped back because his enthusiasm was too much for the derampers.. I for one like his optimism and enjoy his informative posts. At the end of the day you are either upbeat about the possibility or pessimistic.. some would say realistic is the way forward but that choice is solely yours. Haggis’ optimistic view is ok with me. Rather that than the pump dump doom and gloom monster that has only one objective.. to lower the SP.
It’s not right that those gerries get the news before our market opens .. already 9% up on tradegate
