I'm not feeling that this is going to go our way here. If a company were doing an excellent job you would sign the contract asap. This is dragging on. I believe they will not sign the contract or hold WSG to ransom with poor terms. The workers who are at the site are local workers and will have the knowledge of using the systems and I think will be directly employed by MPS.
