Genus & HPL started winning their contracts in July 2023, which is more than 6 months ago.

Therefore, the prediction that "the process could take up to six months" was wrong. No surprise there - it was never going to that straightforward.

What's the next guess going to be? 12 months? 18 months? 24 months before subbies get to hear?

If it was the company that included the "up to six months" prediction in one of its presentations, perhaps they should update the market with their latest thinking (for what it's worth).

I don't know what CNICs are but I trust that JST are paying the market rate for theirs and not getting them at mates rates.

At the moment, Cyan only have the first of these - I do hope that the other two boxes are eventually ticked.

From memory, the excuse was that the higher costs related to hardware (lower margin) provided to a MENA client.

Advanced buying of silicon made no difference to costs.

There are so many opportunities out there (i.e. other small companies to invest in) at the moment, Cyan need to watch that people don't start to lose interest in them and start shifting their capital elsewhere.

It's a tad dull for a company that's supposed to be 'experiencing a period of rapid growth' IMO.

A year ago tomorrow, we received an RNS re Cyan's Strategic Framework Agreement with IntelliSmart.

I wonder if we'll get an upgrade on its anniversary or sometime soon.

Just out of curiosity, are the two Johnsons who are regularly involved in our fundraisings related?

Simon works for Zeus and Richard works for Strand Hanson but both were working for Arden partners at the same time a year or so ago.

Of course, it's in some people's interests to keep expectations low because more cash will inevitably be needed by the company and the very same people will get more bang for their buck (and some) when that time arrives.

Gervais was pretty keen to quash the other guy's talk of 25%. He said that they'd be doing well to win 10% (and they would).

Have they scrubbed their hope of getting 25% and replaced it with 10%? What has changed to make them think that?

It's probably 'you know who' dumping another few hundred thousand shares.

I don't agree, it's an AIM listed share that IC could mention, if they thought that it was a decent India play for its subscribers. For whatever reason, they obviously don't see it that way.

According to Google Finance, there's some substantial selling going on again today.

Makes me wonder whether they simply release a bit of news just to let the 18M 10p shareholders (and 15p warrant holders) out.
