Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
'MM looked me in the eye and said “No more placings “. Not once, but three times'
I have the same paradoxical situation on another company I am invested in.
The paradox being, if the CEO does not outright deny the possibility of more funding sought by placings, smart money pulls out at strategic moments in anticipation of further dilution, thus lowering the SP which necessitates greater dilution for the same cash raise.
They are duty bound to lie.

6.31 being offered.
Wish I had some spare cash to average down.
Tempted to sell some gold stocks but waiting for US Fed news later today to push POG up.
Perhaps the RNS stating SHG now "focused on moving forward swiftly to fast-track this project to development and production" is being perceived as a precursor to a fundraiser placement or taking on debt to supplement revenue.
Bitcoin opened 7% down this morning.
Presently $42K.
Wrong region, but close.
Yesterday's Late Trade has to Atlas.
Misjudgment in their part?
I do hope so!
FYI from 30/04/19
"Two major long-term offtake agreements were signed in February. The first with Wolfram Bergbau und Hütten AG, ("WBH"), the largest tungsten processing company in Europe and the second is directly with a leading supplier to the USA tungsten markets.
With production commencing in November 2018, ahead of the ramp-up phase, W is pleased to have completed the first shipments of tungsten to date. The process is straightforward in that the offtaker arranges collection and the Company is then paid within three days.
Going forward, W will supply both with approximately 66% tungsten concentrate on competitive pricing terms. The offtake agreements cover the initial T2 development of the La Parrilla Mine and will account for approximately 80% of the planned production tonnage from this phase. There is significant demand for the balance of production which W plans to secure offtake following initial production start-up."
That's good, thanks for confirmation.
Isn't agreement a rare and wonderful thing?

Safety
Gas fired generators were proposed to power the concentrators for the first year. That would be bottled gas here. I haven't found any subsequent news on infrastructure.
"Currently, 1.5MW of available grid power is connected at site. Supplemental natural gas fired generators are being considered for the first year to power the preconcentration and concentrator plants whilst the LOM grid power line is installed in parallel."
Or
APT X 20 X 0.65/0.8?
GUG
So, by your Reckoning, how much do WRES get paid for 20T of 65% Tungsten concentrate?
APT X 20 X 0.65 ?
The FID was drawn up four years ago and states that discussions were taking place then with a 'Regional power supplier' to increase the rate by T3.5.
If anyone knows what that means and whether it happened they could give the details for the BB.
If not I'll Email them.
"the mine isnt run from the grid."
The FID clearly states that La Parilla started with 1.5MW grid connection.( Presumably Iberdrola)
I don't know what it is now.
It would certainly be a good place to go solar
Tomorrow the electric is going up again to 0.188€/kWh all day then 0.198€/kWh from 22:00 -23:00hrs
So it's moving up daily now and constantly on the telly.
Nearly had an accident when that flagged up!
Gotta be a TR1
That was quick!
I was worried thus would sink below placing price before 25/10.
No problems.
August figures look OK to me. Nothing game-changing but steady and moving in the right direction.
65% recovery rate and 91% plant utilisation are the new standard.
It's pleasure to be moaning sbout the tin tbh.
IE
You can believe who you want, it makes absolutely difference to me whatsoever.
IMHO the supposed transition to 7 day working, effected on a Tuesday, would have been to initiate a third shift to cover the Wednesday, Día de Extremadura, bank holiday.
Doesn't make sense starting it mid week otherwise.
The plant has never operated at 100% run capacity to date and the fact it was closed Saturday night is certainly no surprise to me.
But DYOR and mind the gap!
IE
Correction, should read 0.18€/kWh.
