Nobody will put up 40m as someone suggested and no PIs will partake in a dilution unless the company is secured and the SOA passes. If it was a condition of the SOA that a dilution has to take place then sure but it won't happen before hand.

Not happy with the board increasing wages like that, that should be put to them at the next AGM.

I was just wondering if anyone has seen any kind of analysis between both SOAs?

I can honestly say I don't know a thing about Provident. Someone recently asked me if I knew of them and even though I have seen the name here I thought they was an insurance company! needless to say I simply said no as I have no clue at all.

I thought it might be a good piece of analysis ie, loan book, turn over, profits, amount of claims, size of claims, debt, the details of the SOAs.

I do understand Provident is in a very different position as they do not want to lend but still, it would be interesting if nothing more.

Probably let it rise to 15p and then do a dilution agreed with the FCA of 1 to 2 or something crazy in the court hearing to raise money and wipe out the holders and we languish at below this level for the next 3, 4, 5 years as the profits go to Sarah and her crew.

Everyone getting excited about an Amigo 2.0, is just trying to pump and dump imho.

The FCA have shown they will play hardball if this does get to 20p and the FCA are going to court I am selling out instantly.

They will claim it has "more than doubled in price, there is share holder value" of course not mentioning even if it is 20p it will have dropped 30% from the last time they claimed a huge rise and that it actually did fall to 1/6th of its value since they last caused chaos... +/-

I just hope we don't have the same "top draw barrister". He was unprepared and utterly useless, could not answer basic financial information about the company. The FCA guy walked rings around him taking pot shots off the top of his head and still our guy had no chance.

This is our last chance at a SOA. JPM buying is a front as we all know and nobody else is interested. 10% of a 40m company is peanuts to some individuals and they won't think twice at losing it. Just remember that when you start believing the hype of 20p, 30p and higher.

What is peanuts to them is life changing to the rest of us.. we have an average £5k holding, and that takes into account the big holders so most of us are significantly under that £5k and significantly under the claim amount that Sarah's gang think they should be owed.

DYOR of course but this is a high risk of going bust and the FCA have proven they want that outcome.
