Well, I didn't expect to come read the board today and be the topic of conversation. I intended to spark some chatter and get some more buzz going as it has been pretty dead here really the last few months every time I came to read up.

Apologies to all I have irritated, it was not my intention. I play honestly and I am simply a "naked trader" posting my intentions, views and my £140k worth of purchases. I am going for that 3% and I will not apologise if people find that pretentious it is simply a share holding a company.

DV Harrison, the placing shares are not worth risking for just a small 5% - 10% investment. They will offload slower at higher price than this. .13 and .14 is a super strong solid base imho.

I am getting nervous that the FCA will object outright to linking future profits aka future lending and the SOA passing. The two things are for us a good idea and in theory the same for claimants however the FCA are aware that businesses have ways to reduce profits and that has started to spook me a little.

Exactly Mr T as you will see from my last message I have actually still valued the company at 5x without these other news flows based on historic low valuations of Mank and we didn't have as much cash as we do now.

Just a buy, buy buy and wait game now.

Exactly Andmillsy. £5 mil market cap with 1.6m in cash (admittedly some is already ear marked for the JV) we also have 6 months +/- to a listing. I believe we will see a 5x increase in market cap this year with everything going on now so buying in post placing and post AGM and PRE news flow makes perfect sense to me.

Just to put that simply BZT has cash, AGM passed, no immediate sign of further dilution, Mank is FINALLY looking like it might be a go and can finally be added into our assets and we have a high cash to mcap ratio than we have seen for a long time as well as other ventures.

I believe there will be a steady climb back up as news builds.

I set the current limits at 0.7p based simply on historic valuations ignoring that copper is going strong and heading to $5 per tonne further adding at least 30% to the historic valuation simply due to the fact it was valued (I believe from memory) at +/- $3.20 per tonne.

0.7p is simply a function of the current market cap * 5 when Mank comes online based on the $3.20 valuation of copper and gold and ignores other projects and assets and current cash in bank.

Basically that is discounting Zambia, Hope, Caerus ventures, Botswana etc etc etc that is going on.

I hope that makes sense, when you wrap them all up into a bundle the current market cap doesn't make any sense and BZT has been significantly derisked. Personal opinion mind you. Also I believe not only our copper but gold is going to increase in value as an inflation hedge. Assets are going through the roof as BZT dropped the market will again wake up to what is going on as news comes in.

Sorry for teasing everyone yesterday with the 0.9p question. I was wondering how hostile / not people would respond to the proposal of it. I didn't obviously believe that was a reasonable price.

Given cash of 400k and the recent fund raising and the rate of burn we go through it I believe we are fully funded for over a year hence my purchases. The recent JVs are interesting and the listing / sale should also raise significantly the share value here. It doesn't take much money at all, heck what did I buy almost £100k today at what is probably the lowest realistic price for a long time. Limited downside from here and significant upside.

It is worth remembering that BZT does have assets which are in demand and that copper is in demand as are all other resources but with COP20 the globes focus is going to be on copper and getting ownership of it as cheap as possible. ?

I listed every purchase I made today Mr T. I can tell you I had competition as the ask shot up as I got my quotes a couple of times as someone else was also buying . I will probably buy now in the back ground slowly and get close to the 3% over the coming months.

As for exit price, we have seen before how fast BZT moves. .4p before in no time. Based upon what I expect the news flow to be over the next 6 to 9 months both here and the global economy scrambling for resources .... well you get why I bought again, I won't say my price but I set my limit sell at .7p another at 1p based on previous charts and will rebalance it as news comes.

If you remember what assets BZT has vs others such as GGP we are due a huge rerating.
