I said clearly that the price was 662 just 5 months ago and they have to close shorts so expect a push to be higher and anyone who was at 662 buying would want more than 8 to be accepted. I also did say an offer could be lower £5 for example. I guess you just misread and put 2 and 2 together and got 7 :)

By the way I am simply saying it could "pop" to 5 months ago + 15% but an offer may be at £5 as you suggest for sure. The point really is that the shorts have 110 million shares they need to buy at sub the offer price and will be in competition with every man and his dog to get them! As I pointed out before VW man... VW.. gamestop.. AMC .. this happens all the time.

The IPO was £5 it hit happily £6.62 just 5 months ago and I am talking about a short squeeze to send it just over 15% higher than 5 months ago. So no £8 is NOT out of the question in the right scenario. If you was here 5 months ago and the share price was at £6.62 you would be saying £8 is not high enough!

£110 million shorts as of the other week so with the drop that's about added another 30% thinking about that so £140 million / £150 million given something caused the drop. So that is £150m of shares that need to be bought back. That is 10% of the company more or less *someone else can do the exact math it is early on a Saturday.

150 million quid is at lease 110 million shares as of the closing price yesterday. Average volume is 5m (both buys and sells) so 22 days of just shorters closing and nobody else buying or selling! See why this will rocket? Time to open a long CFD / option imho! boom time!

PE will make an offer, we already expected a quick retrace to £4 previously just a few weeks ago when we was at £2.30 so crazy as it sounds 300% isn't exactly out of reach already especially with most shares in diamond hands and the company trading at an all time low most will be seeking their initial invest at £5 and £6 back at least! With the shorters scrambling to close this will rocket so fast.

All I can say is set a sell order at £8 and take your shares out of play and step away from the keyboard as the shorters invade the board trying to spread fake news as they spend the next few months trying to escape at ever higher prices :)

Not really is it. Quite easy with 30 shares on the go to misread something or not investigate it enough especially if it is a minor part of your holding just based on a come back swing trade vs someone with 5 shares and this being the primary investment.

Imagine what this lot trying to close on Monday is going to do lol they will be working over time this weekend I bet lol that is basically 100 million shares they will need to buy up 10% of the company in order to close!

Buy up as many as you can I would say! Most of the shares will be in dimond hands anyway and be looking to get back to IPO price ie MM other directors, institutions let alone the take over!

Even at peak trading 20m was traded that is both buys and sells typical about 5m so that would have to be just the shorts closing for 4 full weeks at 5m a day and nobody else even touching the shares!

to confirm or deny and such information on market gossip? I assume there is no formal reason to rush it I mean they have to go back and double check what to say right? also as it is Friday they could really leave it until ... Tuesday? Monday to double check that MM isn't doing somethign and check with the others as well. How about if they are doing something and it isn't a takeover but a split? then what do they say to the markets?

So do we think this is a take over for parts of the company or the company as a whole? how does it work if it is a company split and they then want to do a takeover? still the same rules I assume, that is a new one for me.

Interesting to hear the other broker coming out "against the flow" and upgrading THG this week as well.

High was 139 UT was at 135 so and low was 113 so it ended on a high no mater how you look at it. 4p isn't much off the high and we have seen this baby fly 30p in a few hours before when it was at £2 so I guess over £1.50 as that is just 15p above UT and just 10% rise for a beaten down share that is nothing.

Danl sure they can if they wait and accumulate 29% wait a while to buy that last 1% and until then they are free to have as many talks as they like, walk arounds, seat on the board just keep buying in the background as shorters naked short. Everyone has seen the story of VW at the end of the day and gamestop and AMC these things happen even "players" get caught out. They could have a one to one with MM and play out a scenario with him that he sells everything and remains in charge for a huge £ each year at £10 a share for his stake and then simply take over everything and catch everyone off guard at the last minute. Where billions are at stake expect trolls on here thats all I am saying there are plenty of games to be played both long and short.. makes you think the shorts were simply shorting to take control in an agreement really.
