Current mcap 21m @ 4.44

To raise an additional 70m the mcap has to go up 3.3x the current price. 4.5 × 3.3 oh look 15p (rounded for simplicity).

So rather than 19:1

I argue 3.3 to one is actually what is needed to raise the funds.

HOWEVER if they are going to offer it via the 19 to 1 then as illustrated the quantity issued will dilute the share price.

I just can't see the vote passing tbh. Really can't. Who here has the money free and could take up 3.3 to 1 let alone 19 to 1.

Of course IMHO they will not get it through and then look at borrowing as the way out and private placings and drive the price down.

I think 10p is easily doable and a 5p retrace is round the corner and poo back to 30p.
