Yeah FML was the first AIM share i invested in when i started investing (along with VGM goldmines but i wont speak about that disaster).. i caught the rise back in the day from 0.5 to 8 p :-) Since then i bought a small amount last year i think it was at 1.5p and sold at 1 with a loss.. Been on the sidelines ever since.. but saw it at around 0.002-0.003 to buy yesterday so thought i would have a punt on it ;-) Maybe was nostaglia, not wise investment, but got a couple of million for 500 quid..

Yeah thanks.. is quite a risk (so wont be expecting my money back) but i really liked this company back in the day so hope they have a change in fortune and manage to sort themselves out.. i think if they pull it off will be a big payoff...

One article i've found.. my thoughts re the company is not as in dire straits as it seems.. Spencer Winfield at stockbroker Charles Stanley replies: The fact that the company has de-listed from the Alternative Investment Market (Aim) does not affect your statutory rights as a shareholder. Should the company be taken over you will still be entitled to any proceeds, be it by way of cash or stock. There are, however, certain requirements in terms of matters such as reporting and presentation of accounts that are placed upon the company by Aim itself. Once the company has de-listed there will no longer be any obligation on the company to continue to keep to these. From a practical perspective the delisting will obviously make it more difficult for you to dispose of your holding should you need to. Having said this, it is not unusual for companies that are not listed to provide a dealing facility via their company secretary's office, whereby they will match approaches from buyers and sellers of their stock. The other main disadvantage of delisting will be the ease with which you are able to obtain information. Research houses will not usually follow a stock after it has de-listed so there is unlikely to be any easily accessible form of independent analysis on the business. Hey Does anyone know how it would work if the company was sold once delisted. Is the only way to find this out via their website? Would shareholders see a share of the proceeds?

a massive gamble. Was in here quite a while ago but bough a couple of million for the off chance a sale happens once de-listed ;-) Total punt money

Lets hope so.. Maybe they will surprise us with some news prior to the AGM,, New Joint Venture partner? New Financing? New patent? More than forecast production? On the flip side expect possible high cash burn (with the Rubel being annihilated)

As you can imagine with the recent share price decline many investors have been affected and there has not been any shareholder value for some time. Can you update me on any of the following: Recent sale and when we will receive all the proceeds Current loans and payments – can they be extended? Any JV news or potential to sell the company at a large premium to the current Market Cap(7 million is ridiculous for what the company has achieved so far) Will the lower oil costs help with lower operating costs? Production over winter, will it be possible? Is Adam Maroney still working with you, any progress on patent? Although FML have done shockingly bad with PR of late i still think that best course of action would be an all out sale. I think one thing FML are good at is getting a good price for assets. Holding for a hopeful sale of the operational Benkala assett...4-5p could be achievable in my opinion.. Will be adding a final tranche today..

I think we are overdue for some decent news regarding the sale, production, new JV partner.. Hoping with the cheaper fuel they have brought costs down.. For the Benkala asset alone we should be multiples of the current market cap.. I think if we get a JV partner announced or full sale of everything we will be quids in :-) Trying to free up some money to add..
