Late to the party in this one. What does it mean for us/GST?

Gave up on this a long time ago although still check in every morning hopeful for a positive RNS! Its been known to surprise and spike before so who knows!

Never fails to surprise me the level of pondlife on these boards. I’m all for having different opinions that’s life but some folk get a kick out of trolling board to board. Always wonder how they get on in life.

Yep, its been ridiculous. Wrote this off a long tome ago but stranger things have happened!

To be honest i thought the deal was long dead so the fact they are still mentioning it gives me a glimmer of hope. If it does go ahead then this will be many multiples of this price.

Seems to be lots of little things happening at the moment. I get the feeling this is going to explode very soon and the share price will follow. Lots of us have been very patient here so it’s about time we were rewarded!

It looks like the Tete annual report has now been published. From my understanding they state the merger will go through in Q2 which is the first firm timeframe I’ve seen so all looks positive now!

So many positives with this company, if they can deliver what’s in plan or even a chunk of it this will rerate to a more realistic and positive share price!

Finally some action! It never moves that often but when it does it’s usually a big movement.

Anyone any clue when we will get an update?! Being in this share is like watching paint dry.

Agree it does get frustrating, a bit of under promise over deliver would go a long way with MBO! I could argue it’s a good opportunity to buy some more but I’m fully loaded here although may regret it when the deal does through!

My interpretation of the document and it is a long winded one! Is they want some contingency to get the deal done without risking the best outcome. I’m confident it will still go ahead and probably sooner than we think. Having the option of additional time doesn’t mean they will need to eat into all of it.

Who cares what anyone else bought/sold at or if they predicted a rise, take your bickering elsewhere! Now back to the good stuff :-) this is looking good now and just need a little patience while hopefully everything goes to plan. Can easily see this tripling in price from here although must remember to sell some this time when it gets there!

That’s how I understand it KS. I’ve read the RNS twice now and can’t see a downside here it’s great news. SP Should be at least double figures and worst case the increased buying will finally flush the seller out!

Ha tell me about it. I still believe this will shoot back up, it’s whether or not it will be this decade or the next ;-) In all seriousness we just need to clear the seller and get some updates on new/promised initiatives and it will go up

Obviously the share price looks completely wrong but at the moment we just have to sit and suffer. This can move quickly and knowing my luck it would spike the minute I sell so I’m continuing to hold!

I’m actually very relieved following the update. After all the continued selling I was worried something was fundamentally wrong but actually the core business is thriving. Yes some new lines of business are delayed but hopefully will still happen and even if they don’t MBO continues to be profitable. A little patience required but I’ll continue to hold.
