No, it doesn't and that's another problem because while we wait 12 months + on this project we will be running out of cash and will then require a fund raising and therefore dilution.
The problem here is the amount of time it will take to get a definitive answer on this projects viability. We all know in those circumstances the price will ultimately drift lower.
I agree but this could still turn out to be a bit of a price trap over the next 2 days until all the warrants have cleared. The price always seen to go up prior to warrant conversions just to take a sharp fall.
It is so obvious that this price is being kept down through a number of small trades made at strategic moments in time in order to encourage weak holders to part with their shares.
