4% bump at starters orders looks nice
After yesterday hate the in the bag haha i do believe there will be a bit of give, if fca get anything extra out if amigo they can class it as a win, extra 5% 5 mill they can then say they challenged and got concessions, back room deal could easily have been done before where tamigo go in short and then give more to make every come out happy
They won't need our help, they will have all precedents to hand. They will also probably have people reading message boards etc to see reactions and what has been said
I'm of the opinion they just want a bit more just to say we stuck it to them and got a fair deal, maybe 25% and 50mil over 3/4 years and then amigo come back with a 20% and all are happy
A quick browse has shown judges rule against them, few and far between cases to look up though, a quick highlight of one I have just seen was a judge saying although there may be wrong doings it's also upto customer to take some responsibility for there actions. Issue is not so many cases like this brought at all before judges so we will have to wait and see. Would be hard to back fca when the complainants have agreed to proceed though as the fca are now going against both complainants and the business itself
We're forgetting whatever the fca say, it's now in the hands of the judge, may side with amigo. And tell fca that they should have been more forthcoming earlier
Would it be usual for a company to deal directly on a one to one basis with all creditors? Seems abit ridiculous really in a situation like this
Defo not open for business yet, hopefully in a week we will have clarity
Bloody autocorrect - todays stink
Are we expecting a bounce tomorrow if relevant parties agree? Get some of today's drink away? A couple of 5% days or even a 10% from a positive news day not surrounded by the fca news could bring us back in game to same sort of levels before court next week
25p would only out us back to last week, to me that is not an issue, we weren't really expecting 30p until the vote and the fca message may just cost us a couple of days until people forget about it and see the upsides of the share again. Was quite annoying thebderampers early doors but we look to have settled now and could make that 25p by end of play
Great time to top up, 95% popular. Vote was there for a reason
Just had to have a top up
Nothing else matters!!
This is a good rns, forget the bad small fca snippet, they are notbsending representatives only counsel, so it's not like they will be negotiating there, they agreed last time they were happy for it to go to vote as was the judge, a high majority have said yes. This is a good rns for me
I have some in crypto as a plan to help not sure if it'll do much good, but seems to be doing alright for me atm
But in terms of customers having to pay more for a product, they then have less income free or to pay off debts. Which is the point I was getting at
So I was reading today that the likes of corn price is up say 44% in America, wood is higher so many thinks are up due to inflation and ofcourse it'll be the same here, if inflation rises at such a rate, is the company likely to see expandid growth and what are the chances of having so much bad debt because of inflation?
Where is Toppy ****, we will all be waiting with baited breath for his apology
