Met steve prior to investing here earlier in the year. At first glance didn't think there was much to get excited about. But after chatting with him and researching the company, steve, the bod and the direction the company is heading couldn't be more confident. Genuinely nice guy and his confidence, excitement and enthusiasm was abundant. Safe hands here. Especially like that we will be cash generative near term so dilution will be minimal if any from this point.

31.2% is his holding following the placing. Not sure if there are rules exempting the all share offer. But in any case the upside from the sp now would be 22% the offer having to be 1.65p

Also the recent gas discovery offshore Sarawak which is multi tcf suggests to me the next exploration asset is going to be a gas one either way

Either morrocco or Malaysia will be a pretty calculated risk. Steve, having previously been involved with fastnet (now sound energy licence) will know very well the geology surrounding the sou discovery which is enormous. So that will be quite an exciting aquisition if that is the case. Also Malaysia in particular Sarawak could be very beneficial having board member in position of power and many contacts.. very interesting developments coming, glad to be in at this level

This company is to heavily linked to financial world, which is free falling at the moment. Could jeapordise it's growth plans

Seems to have been working on it yonks and wonder if production actually is possible

Hasn't the gold resources been proved up yet? How much drilling is required? And what is cgnr plan? Are they planning to sell or go into production??

So much upside potential here. Don't understand the recent fall in sp. sure this will turn around. Broker forecast are encouraging

Cash collection was why this dropped in first place. Seems that's under control now. Time to move up
