mila is similar to this company big names on the board of a rto shell but seems like nothing is happening there. How hard is a rto to undertake. Anyone know of typical success rates?

What I'd like to see is some big director buys that would give confidence. It's high risk but possibly high reward. Could lose everything if rto falls through and flung off aim

The upcoming rto if it happens will likely involve the acquisition of a major multi million pound asset. Bought by money from the institutional contacts of this well connected board. So while this will dramatically raise the market cap of the company doesn't mean the share price will move dramatically. All depends how the market perceives the asset over the dilution

He does know he was CEO and rns stated he was still going to be involved in transactions going forward. So one can assume no significant rto or other news anytime soon

Regardless of share price going forward think this latest action by pj has got to have a serious impact on his professional credibility

Notice today the company steve founded independent resources is up over 600% by way of management from sound energy moving in. Sound energy being one of aims most successful companies this year having found copious amounts of gas in morrocco. Coincidently from the licences previously held by steves other founded company fastnet.

Can't see news imminently on rto or any other acquisition. Think DL having just landed this position couldn't have preemptively approached any target prior to actually securing this position. DL will get his bearings, probably we will have management shuffle then maybe finance interest then couple of months rto. Could be wrong of course

Also as you mentioned having a director spouse buying is a great buy signal. Directors obviously should take some skin to show confidence but spouses aren't obliged at all, and wouldn't take a stake unless very confident of making good money. And it's a big buy too. 2017 going to be transformational I feel

Steve did say recently that negotions are are at an advanced stage regarding the phase 2 acquisition. Perhaps an announcement on that is not far off. Agree one way or another upl is going to have an interesting year

Been some huge buys been going through the last few days. Somebody's loading up before the news flow starts. I'd imagine a TR1 is on its way
