EDR will bag at some point from these levels should we see successful results from springs road. Wressle approval gives us additional and significant cash flow too (On top of Ceres). But it's unlikely to be 151% in a day; no.
Good one Riz...
Really interesting findings Johnnie.
Do you have the names of the councillors that are members of this union? and have you sent it to Egdon UJO etc?
I agree they need to be more firm with this meeting. They basically know the councillors don't want it but they need to reiterate hugely that there is no legal reason for refusal and that they will win on appeal this time and that its well within government guidelines. I really hope they go for costs!! they are being too nice at the moment.
At Angus' most recent meeting. The chairman realised that it could be very costly for the council if appeal was won. And based on that he advised it was passed (also the evidence). Even clearly saying he wasn't a fan of how they went about their operations, but no reason to object.
If you're saying that 5p is your target 'buy in' price then you obviously see upside. (Salty you didn't get in early enough?)
So saying that the current price is overvalued is beyond stupid.
Especially with the new flow due before the years end. I see 12p being reached again in run up to biscathorpe drill. Good info there then this will hit 16p imo. also we will have wressle decision in-between now and november end. Which will be hard for council to find faults in new application, knowing the planning officer only found 3 concerns which have been 'thoroughly addressed'.
- Wressle, Springs road, Ceres, fiskerton, north kelsey also news expected in the near term.
Riz I have seen you all over O+G companies saying that your 'target' is 40-60% less than the current share price. Just stop pal. It's embarrassing the lengths and hours you must spend pretending to be a genuine investor.
It's pretty embarrassing that you've posted 135 times on a share board picking fights with actual shareholders, for as long as you have.
someone needed to say it
Egdon bought Alkane's shale assets through a placing giving alkane 40,000,000 shares.

Last week a company that has held shares in Egdon since 2009 increased their stake to 29.99%.

This shows incredible confidence in the BoD and the future value of Egdon.

Anymore % and then would have had to make an official takeover bid.

Wressle will happen. Up to the council now whether they want to pass it through this time round or have the costs for the delays next time round.

Also hoping for BIG news on Biscathorpe in late august/ september, and news on springs road before years end.

12p is not this years high, that I am sure of!
Rizalino,
I think its fair to say that you have very limited knowledge about Egdon and AIM as a whole.
You have not posted anything credible in the last month and I think its time you move on.
Its getting boring now you daft t***.
p.s 5p still gives Egdon a value of 13 mil which is hardly a duster company like you say. It seems like you can't even work out market cap correctly either.
Didn't realise there was internet and showers from the Wressle Protection Camp rizalino?!
Scotland and Wales have nothing to do with Egdon. If you did the slightest bit of research you would realise this.
Stop flooding this board with nothing but nonsense and poor grammar.
P>S --------======= WE STILL CAN READ;;;;;; WITHOUT ALL THE POINTLESS SYMBOLS =========--------
shut up and move on//////.
Egdon haven't had a placing this year, and also they are hugely benefitting from the ministerial statement on fracking. UJO on the other hand aren't unconventional and don't plan on being. both rises are fair imo. UJO should settle around .17p and Egdon around 14/15p.
Agreed! I had never heard or seen Adrian before this, and I definitely had my skepticisms about him and his motifs after the silence and dilutions, however I can now say that I feel confident in his ability to progress this project.
(To anyone that attended the AGM) Was AP et al. apologetic of placing etc? Anyone questions asked as to why they're churning out the same Bullshit as the last Board? Been invested for a while, and they just seem like such amateurs? Hoping that anyone that attended feels otherwise and it would be appreciated as to why you feel this way? cheers, J
Don't see the need to get out of EDR? Vast majority of sites DON'T use the process of hydraulic fracturing.
dead cat bounce
well said Rogue, agree completely, I can only think how different the situation would be if the wrestle planning decision went ahead first time around. Although a good RNS, it must have been the reduction in BoPD that lead to the fall. Were most of the big sells from yesterday? It appears like this on LSEast. Cheers, J
reason for the drop today? J
Hi all, First post, however have been reading along most days since first Wrestle disappointment. 'Rogue' would you be able to lay out all possibilities that could raise this share price again please? and timescales? Holmwood, Mid Results, Wressle, Cuadrilla hearing, ineos etc. Cheers, GLA
