In fact Philip is their CEO - confidence booster #1 Our 6% holder at Browntown is cool about his involvement too and is just like you and me I am happy to take Mr Lindsay at his word. But asked him why own 6% of a company that is set to see its shares suspended soon. He states: I see this as a highly speculative play based on the risk / reward. Obviously any such vehicle is exceptionally high risk. I've personally met some of the Board members and was satisfied with the calibre of Dr Poll, who I am hopefully will be able to close a deal within the 7 months allotted timescale. I made good money here on speculation over Namibia under this BOD circa 2013. Then duster after duster lead to huge losses and then consolidation :( Same BOD pretty much now so take care all. Not invested here now so will jog on. Don't want to be like so many other a-holes who have lost their shirts on a company and then troll BB's with pathetic drivel!!!! GLA

Suspension can be lifted at any time after an agreed RTO is in place. An EGM is not necessary before re-admission. The BOD will act in the best interest of the company and investors and take it 'as read' that at an EGM the shareholders will vote 'for'. Of course an EGM will be called but will not effect the RTO or the timing of re-admission. This is how other RTO's have gone on the AIM eg. SLE Are the rules different for shell companies? Opinion - HOLD - lol!! GLA
