GL had any morals he would use the money raised for brock in dilution / sale in a buy back of shares . at current rates that's 70 odd mill shares out of circulation might help the sp recover a little.

agree there are some serious questions that need answering. brockham feels like a gut reaction to me . HH is producing from the kim . brockham has hit water I fear we hit the water section is from the toe heal of the horizontal section thus this is the reason for the high pressure we witnessed overwhelming any oil from the port section of the well . maybe if this is in fact the case wouldn't it be better to plug the horizontal an re drill the same sections HH as drilled an confirmed to have oil. wonder why GL thinks its not worth one more stab at brockham.

what happens when the bod give vague schedules x day to this x days to do that starting y days early an allowing z days for consultation ..... nobody knows if we are on schedule or not. I understanding was equipment was to arrive on the 17th to make good the well ready for flow testing equipment allowing 10 days was allowed for this ( which I always considered way too long but hey the extra time would take the pressure off just in case) but as is we saw some equipment arrive an then disappear a day or two later. question 1/ what exactly was that equipment for ? Q2/ why allow so long for such testing in the first place for such an simple test . Q 3/ if all equipment an testing went to plan why as the flow test equipment not on site today being set up . VAGUE POINTLESS WORK SCHEDULE that only causes anger confusion an frustration for investors whose patience is being tested to the max with an sp that seems to be constantly held down. I really hope flow test equipment start to arrive today or Monday some of us need some positive news and soon. some who keep saying don't panic an always being positive are relying on sentiment to shift the sp facts and positive progress will shift the sp the very thing we are constantly promised but never seems to be delivered. if you think I am deramping I really couldn't care less im in too deep. averaged down many times from 28p for me to have rug pulled from under me an sp drop time an time again.

i would have been happier not giving them forwarning of the question or any question myself now they can either vet avoiding the question or prep for a vague answer like not able to answer due to ongoing investigation ect ect.... but an answer many would love to get an answer too.

over 11% spread how is this making a market nobody wants to trade anything with a spread like this 11% is a good way of killing off a market .11% is pure MM greed . once the spread reduces the sp should rise again.

realanalyst normally I would totally agree with everything you have said the trouble is DL over hyped the weald way way too early I remember him talking new north sea oil discovery onshore building the hype into a frenzy people on this board where talking £1 buy xmas an what they where planning to do with all that extra cash an for everyone to meet up for a £1 party ect.even vonk got caught up in it with claims we only have to turn the taps on ...... all for what? 3 yrs later the sp fell to 3p . preparatory operations for the second stage will commence on the week of 17th June 2019. so what has actually happened then a week later ? does anyone have any idea or is this another missed deadline. was last weeks rise only on the hope of a RNS stating work about to re commence. in my opinion its the silence and apparent in action that's holding this back. this company as missed too many deadlines moved goal posts too often for the market to give angs any credit for there predictions forecasts LL wants to give. the only way the sp will rise significantly is on confirmed facts / production. regarding funding an the promise no need for further dilution some of us have herd that promise before an have been disappointed so thus give it zero value moving forward. until the gas field comes online its worth exactly what LL paid for it £1. activity should start the rerate production secures rerate then move onto next asset balcombe an start again.

the reason we have a problem is we drilled the horizontal section along a water zone an once we plugged this off we effectively turned the well into a vertical well. this may in fact warrant a discussion with partners as what we can do next i.e leave as a vertical ( expect a lot less oil ) or go to the expense of side tracking ( with added costs an delays incurred) ?

if a partner is unable to pay there share of costs I always presumed there would be something in the contract allowing other partners the option to take up the slack costs equal to a % holding then divided up to who ever pays what extra. didn't think they would be given the option to flood the open market ...... one for the lawyers but again if there is an issue then informing the public with a plan on moving forward would calm the market .point is angs must of known there was an issue an accounted for it when we had the dilution.

so if that's true then if we are planning on acquiring a bigger or lesser interest from our partners why now? why not before or after the work is completed ? if the work fails to be successful an reported is this not insider information or if the work is successful there could be an argument that the sp was wilfully worked down to get a cheaper price. either way it feels dodgy if true.
either way LTH are getting a raw deal. stopping work to give a select few information not privy to the general public is not good which ever way you look at it. a simple update should have no effect on any schedule an should be made public via RNS.

as far as angus is concerned I have been here for two years all time expecting production to be just a couple more months away an averaging down each time im sure it cant fall any more .... well now I refuse to put any more in until the bod start delivering on there promises an we start seeing production income otherwise the only way they keep afloat is via dilution forever pushing the sp forever down.
