Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The company was not full LSE, joining AIM has tougher regulations than the exchange we were on.
As for Balance sheet and RNS interlinked. Becoming more and more obvious things are gearing up in a serious way and not just for Morocco. We have drill in potentially days and couple of weeks at most. While he is racing ahead with Ireland and Morocco.
When GRH stated now is an even better time to invest than when he did it, he wasn't BSing. Companies are lined up as partners and "green ventures" are expanding.
The placing is done usually with a discount of twenty-thirty percent of where it was trading in the last ten days.
Last ten days it has been trading at 15p. The placing is at 15p, so he has not done it at any discount whatsoever. That's a compliment to PG and even Novum. Would like for us to get a heavyweight broker. I imagine that will be brought in later on the drills.
Granted would like to have had shareholders fill up. I guess he wanted some institutional holders.
The placing is at the price it was trading around 10 days ago which was 15p.
Looks like he is really ramping up on T+T and Ireland. Maybe we do get first gas within Q3 2023 timeline or before. Things seem to be moving much faster than before.
People are not selling so the register is tightening and tightening. Dropping it does not take it down because the holders, at this time, have bought for the whole journey. Now raising price is only way to dislodge some holders. Even a few troll moves have not worked recently.
We are very close to spud. Maybe some volatility, some may top slice but most bought their amount for pre and post spud.
It's all demand and supply. Supply is tight.
Nigel legally just dropped himself in very hot water with that post.
They have stated they are funded for what they need. That was why they did the last fundraise. Read the RNS and stop spreading purposely misinformation as you open yourself up to libel, when you seek to negatively impact a company by promoting mistruths.
Obviously you have chosen to remove the fact that PG has a series of partners lined up for all elements of production to realise the asset. This company has a series of NDA's activated on a successful drill.
You said you would sell down before the drill. Stay down and away this is not for you.
You are probably right.
The company is expanding, we only have a couple of weeks to churn through. The beds are getting filled that is the bread and butter. We have been patient this far. A few weeks will pass.
Reckon he will drop some contract s next week. Maybe not the biggies. But, he will want to get the momentum running again for H2 and results. More importantly what the results RNS introduces in terms of studies and contracts to come.
Nice to have you back Nige/Tim... Plenty of room for new posters.
It's the style and syntax that give it away. As we get to drill the vociferousness will increase...
None of what we do matters all on PG now and most of the key work has been done as Sefton said. You are either in or out.
Amen to that earache. CF close to tripled my account.
Shareholders are very happy with Cf's performance and integrity. Unlike many CEO's who take huge wads of shares for not growing the company. CF has been frugal with the rewards he has taken when more than sextupling the market cap of the company.
Like many I believe CF has earnt his money ten times over.
Best to suprise them pleasantly... A nice big cake goes with a big birthday present.
I loved the cake analogy you used. It would be good if people read the report on Guercif, on the website.
Only after can Paul on a successful drill give people any idea the true size of the operation.
The RNS stating they have the rig booked for later on and multiple drills gives people a feel that this is not your average small cap drill. They have to get a feel for the acreage. Acreage in Belgravia is a little different to acreage in Bromley.
The largest Iranian warship has just gone up in flames... Unfortunately things are getting just a bit hairy, as you make that point. We are in a GeoPolitical pinch point...
You have so much more time to invest in producing a bells and whistles business plan. You don't have any of the pesky customers or sales calls to get in the way.
The best business presentations come from start-ups or wind- downs. You have to figure what they really are...
I thought they were going to advertise for a detective to find their missing CEO.
Then I thought just pray he has vanished into oblivion.
If they did they would be banging the table displaying those figures to prospective acquirers. The fact that JD is deeper undercover than a Cold War agent tells you the angle of travel.
Every criticism of the company comes back to one source the leadership. Every company wins on its leader and the ethos they inspire and adopt.
Look at JD's. He did some great work in pivoting the company. He could not have people question and challenge him as the review suggests. Because he can't be challenged ego too fragile the business is challenged. No leadership, no business.
I thought he was the poor sod Ron Wayne Gacy (to give him his full name) who had his old gentleman removed for infidelity. Both outcomes for Wayne are quite painful..
What fruit loss is more painful, selling 10% of Apple or losing your banana?
Our survey says...
Nice work. Only company that can create unlimited length flexible circuit boards with RR as client being a gold standard account. Ramping their capacity, before ramping the company.
As of now we are way under the radar so have time to accumulate. In six months time we should be flying with EV accounts kicking in and factory increasing production.
Great analogy GRH. Ron stated he felt "I had a tiger by the tail". Taken a hit on the slot business and wanted a quiet life. Sold out in seconds as the ride unnerved him.
As Ed Seykota said "everyone gets what they want with trading". You may think you are aiming for one target; but, you really are only comfortable with the " trading range " you are working within.
To go all Albert Camus, are you the predator or are you the prey ?
Looks like they listened to some of cheezer's comment's bringing in new website talent and bulking the team up on their platform.
