Those share trades for yesterday show some insty is accumulating a nice big wedge. 162k and 65k followed by some other nice chunks suggest our bottom is in. This works out perfectly just before CF hits the presentation road.

The sells are taking us down but they are not huge. MM's working the orders.
However, with buying like this now recorded we should spring back in pretty short order.

The facts are we are at the placing price with another three contracts in the bag.
Our CEO did the placing at the price the share was that day. Then it jumped.
There was no twenty-thirty percent discount like you see elsewhere.
Our CEO is seen as strong - no discount matters.

We have another big three pharma contract to follow that is non Covid. And a huge pipleine.
The mahoosive opportunity of the vaccine business, worth multiples.
Testing revenues to kick in. Venn Database to monetise for small and large pharmas.
And we have £16 mil in bank on a £75 mil market cap with a company about to announce its cash flow positive.

Share selection is always speculation but at least we have the odds in our favour, I would state.

Beyond vile. However, he gets them ratings. ITV now is a daytime play. Weak programming and production slate.

Completely depends on Vaccine sales and Covid testing revenues. We could do £12 mil plus in pure profits on a thousand tests a day.

Without them we around 25-30p. With them we are talking strong multiples. Remember, the Companies we are with in those vaccines are also super hot on monetising them.

As you stated September we are in a whole different world. The Covid testing trials kick in and are some are announced.
We should have another of the big three contracts dropping anyday now. But at that point we'll have the cashflow positive trading update. We may hear the road ahead with the vaccines as well.

December definitely have had the road ahead presented to us on vaccine front. More Covid revenue kicks in and non-Covid.
A greater chunk of the £160 mill pipeline secured. Competition against us have not got our facilities.

At that point this company is seen as a key player in the testing and trialling space having secured big and small pharma contracts.

We are a full service pharma company but the big boys are just now really getting to know Cathal and his team.

I believe you are probably right they add up together to probably around £2.5 million. These are the aperitifs before the meal begins.

Remember we are bidding on a £!60 million pipeline. The other key point is, in our sphere the competition has nowhere near the scale that we have now with all our facilities from lab to hospital. We can take a small pharma's idea all the way through the phases. We are at a huge advantage.

The Nemardic deal is a follow on that states we are the guys you return to. The more contracts we sign, the more follow ups we get.

Then we add up all the other deals and this stock is seriously under rated. We can blast pass £60 mill-£70 mill in revenue and we get the drug sales or spin offs on top. This is on a £75 mil market cap with around 40% hitting bottom line.

If we dominate this space, this stock can really move. Now we have the tools to do just that.

On £50mil that would give us around £20 mil gross profit plus another £10 mil in the bank.
Share price should easily double and treble off that alone.

Then you add in the vaccines. Then you add in the testing revenues. Then you add in the other thirty odd million
from non-covid plays. Then you add on the Venn database that you can bet CF will be monetising the hell out of.

What are you left with? A share price that has one hell of a re-rating to make.

They made enough money on here and the 14 others to pay back Starfund.
Getting the stock at a huge discount to price off of woodford's distressed selling.
Starfund get huge returns on the loan to Acacia almost like a "call" for their fund.

All are happy other than the shareholders - but neither side gives two 5h1ts about them.
In all areas of the market their are parasites.

Finance in many areas is legalised stealing just look at the banks history.

Nice research. Sounds plausible. To offload 14 companies so fast they had debts to pay most likely on loans and this was the way forward. Not many companies would look to do deals with acacia now on AIM.

Sounds very plausible also tells you alot about Acacia as a company. Not many businesses will be lining up to do deals with them. Maybe this is their get rich quick scheme one and done.

I think you are spot on. This week will be quiet. Seems the selling has abated.
Acacia may sell some more, but, I believe that will be later on when more positive news has hit the market.
It will also be when are volumes are larger as more contracts are being announced.

We are in the right space. CF stated the contracts start hitting from this month on.
Mid to late July next 10 days could be quiet but masses going on behind the scenes.

Patience is the hardest asset... but some companies you are sitting in for years in biotech before
any transformational events occur.... not here.

You don't start posting out of the blue and starting as many threads as he does unless you are paid.
