RE: Milestones update16 Feb 2021 16:41
Girdz to be fair I think we are watching the same thing from different ends and have come to the same conclusion. JD was clever on Vox went on and said he was "comfortable" with the Peterhouse estimates. Neither confirms or denies officially.
As the later poster wrote in more detail the losses are not seriously counter-acted with revenue. This means next raise unless it is a Β£10 mil or above will not be the last. That just keeps killing the momentum. No one argues that the creative ability has not been substantial but for an enterprise such as this JD needs some people in senior positions really looking at cost to cash reward. If you had a young Martin Sorrell here we would be outside the Rolls and Ferrari dealerships tossing our gold coins in the air as we argue over who is first on the order books.
JD did some great work at the start but as the business evolves it demands new skills. If a CEO has not got them you bring in the guys who can. For all the bluster we look light. Derek Wise leaving was not a positive, suggests he and others have done little to propel the company.
Other companies are pushing ahead in the commercialisation of their tech, even if it may not be as great. This is what breeds the disillusionment. I would like to see shareholders recompensed for the investment emotional and financial and am reminded of a gentlemen who said he invested Β£130k of his life savings in here and then got the first bad update from JD and was mentally obliterated. We can all say he was reckless to concentrate that heavily but he bought in big and he detailed his pain that day. He never posted on here again after, I hope he is ok. I want it to work for the myriad who deserve it here. They did not take out when JD took his 200k at 20p. Girdz you deserve it. It hurts to see so many, who may just read here, not be rewarded for the faith they placed in manangement.
