"MM WERE GRANTED EXCLUSIVITY FOR 20 YEARS OVER IO, MANGANESE, CHROMITE, BAUXITE ETC AND THAT INCLUDED NAYEGA. HOWEVER, THEY WERE ONLY EVER GRANTED AN ACTUAL LICENSE TO MINE IRON ORE. A PART OF THAT LICENSE WAS AN AGREEMENT TO BUILD A BRANCH OF RAIL TRACK. THEY NEVER DID SO AND THEY STOPPED MINING IRON ORE AND LEFT TOGO IN 2016."
TO,
RUSSELL LAMMING
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
AS ONE OF MANY SHAREHOLDERS IN KERAS I AM SEEKING CLARIFICATION ON THE ABOVE STATEMENT, AND HOW IT HAS A MATERIAL IMPACT ON THE COMPANY'S TOGO PROJECT.
IF TRUE ! SUCH AN ADVERSE CLAIM WOULD SURELY VOID THE GRANTING OF ANY LICENCE AGREEMENT ISSUED BY THE TOGO GOVERNMENT. AND AS SUCH WOULD HAVE MATERIAL IMPACT ON THE VIABILITY ANDLEGALITY OF ANY PLANNED PROJECT, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE.
NOT DISCLOSING INFORMATION, VIEWED AS MATERIAL TO THE SHARE PRICE OF THE COMPANY. THROUGH AN RNS, IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF AIM RULES.
SIR ! I MUST CALL UPON YOU TO CLARIFY THE COMPANY'S STANDING, REGARDING OWNERSHIP OF TITLE ON A POSITION WHERE MM HAVE AN EARLIER CLAIM THAN SGM TO MANGANESE EXTRACTION ON TOGO.
CLARITY IS NEEDED NOW, BEFORE THE GENERAL MEETING, WHERE YOU PLAN TO ISSUE SHARES , IN PART TO HELP FINANCE THIS PROJECT.
I ASK IN GOOD FAITH FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION HERE, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, AND OTHER SHAREHOLDERS, WHO GROW CONCERNED THAT THE DELAY IN GETTING THE FINAL GRANT TO EXPLOIT THE TOGO MANGANESE, IS DUE TO AN IMPASSABLE LEGAL COUNTER CLAIM BY MM MINING. IF THIS IS SO, THEN PLEASE CAN YOU ILLUMINATE ALL CONCERNED TO THE REALITY OF THE SITUATION, ELSE ALAY OUR FEARS AT OR PRIOR TO THE GENERAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY.
YOURS
RICHARD CRANE.
Let's all individually email the company for a clarification of the situation prior to the General Meeting!
If enough people question the validity of the Togo projects legality, we might get some form of an answer. Pester power at its best, even if it's just in tweet form!
Thanks guys ! And galls ! Feeling the love ! All warm inside. Or is that the crafty nip in my Christmas coffee !
As a one man army, you often forget how many carers are doing the same job throughout the country, we're an often forgotten part of the system. I've got to know my dad better now than ever before. Would I change a thing! Of course, money will help, it always does ! But it's said the " hard times" make you appreciate the good. I'm not the person I was seven years ago, life changes you ! It can either make or break you, if I had wife and kids, would I have gone all in so early in the game.
Probably not, but we all feel the passing of time, the pressure to make a success of our lives, and of course, to make our parents proud. And if lucky enough , our children.
I remember a line from " Australia" the film. " we all have our story to tell, just make sure it's a good one"
Therapy over, back to the dishes!!
I used ii after seeing recommendations on here, took approx 3 weeks max. Been ok so far.Glad I moved mine, will up 100k since moved , but costs £19 a month for holding, so I moved everything as had been with x-0 for is a and trading, NFU for pensions. All under one roof now.
Mattyboy, yes on all counts. I said I look after my father. I'm seven years in. Having been carer for both parents at same time, mother who passed 18 months back with vascular dementia ( 5 years caring ) , and father with MSA ( parkinism ), GBP is a light that has brought me hope for the future ! Thanks one and all ! Gervaise has renewed my hope in a dark world.
This board has provided a diversion that helps keep me sane ( ish ).
Stopped buying at 1.8 p, ran out of cash at 9.5 mil. Got brave again at 23p and started a sipp and put every pension plan in before it jumped again, . I'm in deep for a reason. Ps I've never earned more than £16 k a year in my life. And now I am full time carer for my father on £67 a week. I'm here till the "fat lady" has "left the building".

Is this correct ?
Sure , the share price is " optimal " for a possible multibag rerate, if both projects come good, if ! Potash is a good steady business , long term , it's going to run out ( 250 years approx ). And manganese has its uses, e.v batteries if your lucky. But we need more than a few " whispered nothings" in our ear. If it turns out our licence ground had already been granted to a third party some twenty years past. It's like falling for another man's wife. You saw a long and happy future ahead, she saw a cheap meal ticket and one night of fun ! She got here meal, and you caught crabs!?!?
Jr71 . Much appreciated. Looked everywhere last night! Must have needed my "rose tinted spectacles " , I'll go read it now and cry into my beer ?? .
Anybody have any " good " reasons why I should increase my holding here ! I like the two projects as businesses , it's just , ( sigh) Togo.. I tend to value good management teams, and good C.E.O ' s as much as the projects they control.
Liked D.R when he was running everything , still waiting to see how we fair now we're split from Calidus.
I have plenty of patience, but it's just (sigh , again !! ) Togo. What is holding this back, and why are we not in the loop.
"As a consequence of the measures contained in Schedule 14 of Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 the meeting will not be held at any particular "
Sounds bad ! Can anybody explain ? The word " Insolvancy" in the RNS , Ruined my dinner !
Frank ! Good to bat a few alternative ideas around ! Especially regarding getting seed money into companies before they start growing. Personally , I've been hear since 1.5 - 1.8p , I stopped buying when I ran out of cash. So now I'm looking for ideas to skim a little GGP fat into. As the saying goes " if I told you what I'm holding I'd have to kill you.... ". It's going to be more than life changing. enough to say I held Jubilee Platinum for eight years before I folded the bulk into GGP.
Now I'm looking to multi bag my multi bagger!
So any ideas, I'm looking for something sub 1p, that can 're do , what I've done hear!
Greatland Gold! The story unfolds ..............
I'll be FRANK ( GIANT RABBIT IN DONNY DARKO )! BUT IF your looking at Alba, try starvest SVE. One of their investments, and with such a giant discount to the value of GGP, You can invest in both and be safe ( ish ). Only problem is buying before the next GBP spike. The SVE price is correcting , but with 85 ,000,000 GBP shares alone, alba is only part of the prize.
I'm trying going to buy in when the market allows, but it's been proving tricky , every body else keeps thinking the same thing !
Nice try ! Sadly hydrogen cars use Platinum as a major component ( four times amount used in diesel cars) for the fuel cell. Agree hydrogen is best, but only for the wealthy. Rest of the masses back on their bikes !
I agree totally. As a Lth in Jubilee Platinum, we encountered the carnage at BMR, durring a merger / takeover, involving the two. it looks as though every company of family has to have one " dodgy " uncle. BMR and Greatland have uncle Alex ,Jubilee has uncle Colin Bird. They call him a "serial entrepreneur" , " Jack of all trades and master....... ", as much idea as TRUMP. And as useful. Jubilee have a great CEO, as we do here, had here. Last , present tense. They ride many companies, and like margarine spread thin, they are most definitely not butter!!
What do they bring to the table? Experience ? Contacts ? The American style is CEO, M,D is one fold ! Now that's efficiency!!??
Beginning to sound like
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ue7wM0QC5LE
My father , told me ! When he was a boy . DURRING THE WAR !.?? He would get sent with an accumulator ( type of car battery ), to the local shop, where the shop keeper would charge it up for a fee?
I thought you lot were the generation who built " cats whiskers" to listen to " Dick Barton" before getting your cocoa and being in bed before the bombing started!
On moving platforms. I just moved 2 pensions , one isa and a trading account to ii, from x-o ( Jarvis ) and N FU Mutual. 3 weeks max and no probs. Ii very helpful. No complaints. Would recommend ! HL on the other hand !!!
