Below was the last conversion price. with the all sells a few weeks ago I expected to see sub 2p so maybe conversion price propped up the sp ( 3,702,263 “Conversion Shares at a price of £0.0221 “

The total outstanding liability in relation to the Convertible Loan will now stand at US$420,000 following the completion of the Convertible Loan Facility and the Conversion.

I assume these are being converted and I would hope to get them out the way before a rich news period begins ? I can only assume from the silence is a change of tact and we’ll get surprised by announcements rather than know there going to happen .here’s hoping for a Santa rally :-)

Agreed but best not to be a two trick pony . Some people on here would be better served chasing rainbows on red dots at 7am patience required ac is trying to build a company . The amount of childish poorly researched comments on here makes me think they should stick their money in a cash isa

Once zen use the new company to buy assets it can claim 23 years worth of tax back on losses once the assets are producing also all exploration costs looks a good move but need to get the sp moving up with positive drill results from Azerbaijan

It would certainly help having monthly updates . Ac did take onboard the criticism for the big drop on what was a positive result but people wanted 10 p on the day or on build up to the results I’m confident it will get there .ive not been invested here that long so the previous failings of the company have not affected my judgement or clouded my positive outlook as long as the oil keeps coming out of the ground the sp should go up .maybe it will take next years full accounts for people to trust the company ? Who knows with a 3p average I’m happy to wait gla

As stated by the company 285 bopd if you think there lying I’d sell up ? If your not happy with 20 % swings in oil juniors I’d invest in bp . The sp is underpinned with Italian assets and small oil production the only thing holding this back is debt and the need for working capital(placing )
The reason I hold this kind of stock in my portfolio is they can reduce my retirement date only put in what I’m happy to lose :-)

Reducing debt / clearing warrants @2.2 creates less dilution ? Clearly zen won’t get 5.5 million up front. More like 604 k every 40 days minus costs then take out day to day costs ? Have you tried emailing the company rather than acting like a deramper ?anyone reading this board as a starting point for there research would run a mile? If you think the company are making things up then why not sell up ? Twitter shows progress and the official rns should be taken as fact unless told otherwise. We all want the sp to be 20 p including ac but he will still be at the helm when we’ve all sold up . We probably need to hit oil in 3 more drills to ensure we limit further placings imo

If someone in Oslo gets in a 3.5 it’s not a massive discount to the sp over there . the next drill if successful is the game changer for me ! ignore the noise let the drill bit do the talking its not cheap to keep a drill bit turning Do you think ac should just pump his own money in and let us shareholders reap the rewards ? He’s the biggest shareholder fair enough a lot of shares in lieu of salary but a lot of bosses take big salary’s and never buy on the open market . If he told proactive last week we need to raise 5 million the sp would tank . It’s not how the market works until we generate enough cash a placing is always a possibility roll on Monday
