you cannot use a Moditope TCR to break patent because ............ Scancell can identify them ... via the Tag

as its a "method" patent ... its not so complicated .. patents also can highlight issues .. for instance

Ref the current published patents for moditope

1/ the activated TCR's generated by exposure to the modi1 peptides ... ie is the current information that has been put out in RNS regarding BioNtech modi 1 epitopes, is that covered under the existing published patents or divisional patents

effectively "protecting " the TCR 's generated

its belts and braces to the main patent IMHO

its my opinion that the collaboration agreement signed by BioNtech has the "legal" use of the modi1 peptides Locked up and probably refer back to the primary patent in that paperwork as many sequences are listed

This is my Opinion ....as an explanation ..

I cannot see how you can patent a specific TCR .. because to do that you would have to include the epitope sequence ... Moditopes Patent would then appear on the search

it would be like saying here is your flu jab ... i then patent the T cells generated from it .. by trying to patent the TCR

this divisional patent covers all the parts of the peptide used to create the plasmid that encodes the body to generate T cells

however its not used as far as i am aware in Modi1 ...what it does do is stop any one else building a DNA or MRNA vaccine ...using the plasmid as a disguise

now it does not stop another trying to find an exclusive epitope .. however if that epitope is from cancer using any of the PTM that our patents secure .. they would still require permission from Scancell

partially the same as we took a licence for enolase but to use it for another use not covered by there patent ..Karolina ..

so here is an example ..... appreciate the epitope and the tCR are a lock and key one must match the other to bind
