a single 4mm cable to that double socket it will handle 4 kw over that distance and put into the existing ring main breaker you wont need to uprate that as it should already be 32amp

how close to the fuse board do u need the socket ?

tail of the existing board into a second board ... or you could find the existing kitchen ring main and add your socket to that .. which is more neat. find the breaker that controls that ring main you will see two cables going into it of 2.5mm thats the curcuit
