From our perspective switching SCIB1 to nano vesicle is not the way forward, as it would involve the re manufacture of SCIB1 in this new state. However if Ichor plays hard ball, we could just as easy bring forward the mark 2 SCIB1 and manufacture that into the nano vesicle application it would gives us a bigger market due to HLA types, so really its a wait and see moment before we get clarity, i suspect that is down to the research on SCIB2 delivery method with CRUK , however we still hold the option to licence so no risk exists yet, that any legal framework cannot be agreed.

Boom we have had this discussion before, why repeat it ? mono therapy is as stated ... nothing to stop it being prescribed before surgery.

Off label prescriptions are possible ... ie no formal tie up is needed with keytruda at present, but because keytruda is off shelf you can still combo it to a phase 3. So your approval would in in combination, however you could still off label prescribe SCIB1 as a mono therapy after all its approved safe.

Once the product has approval, as a mono drug ... anyone can use it in a combo trial as it becomes off the shelf .. so if we had of sold it prior to a combination trial, it would have been difficult to attribute that synergy capital value food for thought

So if you can double sales of keytruda what is the monopoly value of taking on SCIB1 by a major ?This is how patents become extremely valuable by either multiple licence or singular, its interesting because if we had done a deal and got approval at phase 3 as a adjuvant mono treatment, the value of combos would only be seen in sales of scib1 used as a combo ... which would actually be outside of our control to gain value.

I think this may be about market share .. ie Opidva market share would collapse if the keytruda Scib1 vaccine shows synergy. so indeed Keytruda could double its sales
